Formed in 2015, ANARCHEON has been stealing the hearts and souls of fans in the Vancouver area and beyond since their inception. About:

Vancouver, BC’s ANARCHEON was formed in 2015 and features vocalist Kaija Kinney, founder of Metalocalypstick Fest, the BC metal fest celebrating women in metal, along with guitarist Clayton Bach, bassist Sylvain Maltais and drummer Steve “Machine” Richardo (ex-Messiah, ex-Green Jellÿ). With a band name playing off the word Anarchy, ANARCHEON is more of a Frankenstein of their various influences. Demonstrating shemonic screams, catchy riffs and energetic heavy bass leads, the band has unleashed a three track demo and single “Super Nova”, which is will be followed by an EP in October 2017 and full length album for 2018.

Vocalist Kaija Kinney comments:

“The EP has many different types of lyrics but to summarize I would say its about coming clean and empowering yourself as a true genuine person with a lot of life struggles with depression. You will also hear the evolution of our sound mostly reflects on the different guitar players we’ve had with a slightly darker twist now with bass heavy Iron Maiden type leads.”

All tracks previously released by ANARCHEON are available for free download via their Soundcloud here.

ANARCHEON has shared the stage with multiple bands from the Western Canadian metal scene and beyond such as Nervosa (Napalm Records), Mortillery (Napalm Records, Scythia, Van Halst, Dead Asylum and more.

About:

We live on the layers of deep time and history, strata of times past; life literally depends on centuries of decay. Now, progressive extreme metal visionaries CENTURIES OF DECAY build on the metal that has come before to create the metal of the future.

Formed in 2013 in Toronto, Ontario, CENTURIES OF DECAY sound is ‘atmospheric, intense, powerful, dynamic, and heavy’.

Drummer Derrick Doucette explains the roots of the band’s name.

“The intention of the name is to paint an image of nature reclaiming the lands and cities and erasing the traces of humanity once people have been removed from the world. This can also be open to interpretation. Some may see Centuries of Decay as being in reference to an extended period of social degradation or the idea of the planet being a barren land void of life entirely. We chose this name because we felt it conveyed a powerful image and atmosphere, which appropriately went hand-in-hand with our musical style.”

That style will be unleashed by the four-piece on their self-titled debut album due out August 4, 2017, which drummer Derrick Doucette is eager for fans to hear.

“I was told recently that someone found our sound very unique and refreshing. That really meant a lot to me and I would love if that opinion was shared by both old and new fans. I find we’ve taken our influences from various sub-genres of extreme metal and turned them into a tasteful blend of compelling, climactic and devastating intensity on these seven tracks.”

Fans can also expect more music in the future.

“We are already looking forward to writing more material and refining our sound more. I’m excited to see how our sound will evolve…Our fans can expect multiple albums as that was the intent from day one!” adds Doucette.

Live, CENTURIES OF DECAY have their own unique approach to performing, they make every set flow together, creating a huge atmosphere and letting the metal speak for itself.
(bio written by Steve Earles)

“”Centuries Of Decay bring together old styles to create new, exciting sounds on debut…From the lurching behemoth of the aptly titled “Centuries of Decay” all the way through to the grandiose finale of “Demise”, Centuries Of Decay bring familiar sounds together and forge a glorious new path forward.” – Rock and Roll Fables

“This is not a one-dimensional album that’s easily described. Each song has its own style and flavour, mixing different styles together with well-deserved contempt for genre restrictions and constraints. Centuries of Decay have crafted a modern extreme metal release that effectively combines these different strains of metal into something all of their own.” – Wonderbox Metal

“A concept record regarding the changing times & how life depends on centuries of decay, the ten minute self-titled opening song showcases melodic metal with deep oceans of imagination. Haunting but with a real sense of beauty, the guitar melody alongside a fascinating drum beat is such an appealing sound. A sound that suddenly takes on a darker tone, upping the heaviness & dealing out an absolutely stunning chugging guitar attack. There is no arguing with that start, absolutely mesmerising.” –  Games, Brrraaains & A Head-Banging Life

“Up next was Centuries Of Decay, who gave us some atmospheric death metal. Devin Doucette and Rob McAllister shared guitar and vocal duties. Devin sang lead and handled a chunk of the brutal vocals but they gave a few great harmonized melodic vocals. Their last song had an additive time signature, which is something that really catches my attention as a musician.” – Metal Master Kingdom (Live Review Wacken Metal Battle Canada 2016 – Toronto)

One Man Band BURIED REALM To Unleash “The Ichor Carcinoma” Sept 29th w/ All Star Metal Guests

New Noise Mag Premiere Guitar Playthrough For Album Title Track

Josh Dummer (all instruments and vocals) – Photo Credit – Tamara Clarke

A true visionary is a rare thing; but such a man is Josh Dummer. Providing all instruments and vocals on his creation BURIED REALM‘s debut, “The Ichor Carcinoma”with the exception of some very exciting guests such as Bob Katsionis (Firewind, Septicflesh), Brandon Ellis (Arsis, The Black Dahlia Murder, Cannabis Corpse), Christopher Amott (Arch Enemy, Armageddon), Dean Paul Arnold (Vital Remains), Marios Iliopoulos (Nightrage), Peter Wichers (Soilwork), Ryan Strain (Recode The Subliminal), Teemu Mäntysaari (Wintersun) and Travis Montgomery (Threat Signal, Jeff Loomis band). Dummer is a man who is not afraid to gaze into the abyss for music and lyrical inspiration.
Inspired by Opeth, Kreator, Old Man’s Child, Symphony X (and tons of old Hair Metal!); Dummer describes BURIED REALM‘s music as ‘fierce, cutting, technical, melodic, and memorable’. The studio project represents a hidden dimension within himself where the ‘buried disputes’ of his life are confronted only through music; where he can express musical ideas without compromising.
Eager for the fans to hear his debut album, Dummer reflects.

“I feel that listeners can appreciate it, not only on a musical level but hopefully enjoy the listening experience too. This album was a long time in the making and hopefully that translates. ‘The Ichor Carcinoma’ was originally supposed to be an EP. However, I had too many pre-production demos and didn’t want to scrap them, so I decided on a full-length, which fans can expect many guests across the entire album!”

Not afraid to draw deep from a painful wellspring of inspiration, Dummer adds.
“Many people close to me, myself included, have been though unfortunate life-threatening situations recently.  No one is invincible and everyone walks though life like they are…I couldn’t ignore those events when it came to writing lyrics for this release. Some of the songs go into further detail about the terror I’ve experienced and personal demons I’ve faced. The lyrics are about the mental and physical battles of terminal illness/diseases and the attempt to rebuild.”

Teaming up with New Noise Magazine, Dummer reveals his shredding skills with a guitar playthrough video for the album’s title track “The Ichor Carcinoma”. The track also features guests Bob Katsionis (Firewind/ ex-Septicflesh) and Peter Wichers (ex-Soilwork).

““The Ichor Carcinoma” – The title track of the album… This was the second song I wrote for the record. The riffs are racing and melodies/ solos are flying all over the place. The lyrics are about the mental and physical battles of terminal illness, personal demons and the attempt to rebuild.” says Dummer.

Watch it now at the following link: http://newnoisemagazine.com/buried-realm-ichor-carcinoma-playthrough/

0 NEWS: New Noise Mag Premiere Montreal Two Bass Band THE GREAT RUSSIAN EMPIRE Cop Shoot Cop Cover “If Tomorrow Ever Comes”; Debut EP “Low Ends” Out September 8th

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – August 18, 2017

For fans of Faith No More, Interpol, Joy Division, Russian Circles, Cop Shoot Cop

New Noise Mag Premiere Montreal Two Bass Band THE GREAT RUSSIAN EMPIRE Cop Shoot Cop Cover “If Tomorrow Ever Comes”

Debut EP “Low Ends” Out September 8th

THE GREAT RUSSIAN EMPIRE (TGRE) is a dark rock collective from Montreal QC, born of a desire to create music in an environment where guitars don’t exist. This project features a double-bass approach from bassist Benoît Forté (The Lonely Sidewalkers/Coco Méliès/ex-Fallstaf/ex-North East Bistro) and bassist Nicolas Miquelon (Norilsk/Mortör/ex-Kintra).

The project is bred by the 1980’s new wave and early 1990’s alternative genre, by way of modern folk and various rock influences. Its bass orientation carries something different at its core, although familiar in its construction and arrangements. Far from referencing a pastiche, THE GREAT RUSSIAN EMPIRE’s name is a wink to the collective and eclectic nature of this musical venture.

TGRE released a first single, “Pig’s Blood” in 2014, to showcase the new entity’s persona. After revisiting the song’s arrangements, writing more material, and adding a few soldiers to its ranks (either permanent or session musicians), the collective re-entered the studio to assemble “Low Ends”. Dark in content, the EP’s lyrics are crafted around tragic personal events, and layered with vocals, violin and cello.

Teaming up with New Noise Magazine, THE GREAT RUSSIAN EMPIRE is premiering their second single and cover of Cop Shoot Cop’s “If Tomorrow Ever Comes” at the following link: http://newnoisemagazine.com/stream-great-russian-empire-tomorrow/

Bassist Benoît Forté  comments:

“I knew Tod A. from CSC wrote all the songs so I got in touch with him about 2 years ago.  He gave me his blessing on recording our version of IF TOMORROW EVER BECOMES. TGRE was born the first I heard CSC, about 25 years ago. Just didn’t know it yet at the time.”

“Low Ends” is due out September 8, 2017 and will be available in digital format via Bandcamp along with the CD version presented in a gatefold digi-sleeve.

Their first single “Blood Everywhere” can be heard at the following link here.

Track Listing:
1. Full of Blood (6:19)
2. The Hands That Bring The Road Kill To The Side (3:49)

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – August 17, 2017

For fans of Sons of Butcher, Me First And The Gimme Gimmes, Foo Fighters, Soundgarden, 80s pop hits

80’s Pop Anthems Go Metal w/ MOONLIGHT DESIRES New Cover Video “Something About You” via PureGrainAudio

New Album “Just The Hits: 1981-1985” Out September 15th via Infamous Butcher Records

Moonlight Desires might only play 80s cover songs, but you’d be wrong to dismiss them as just another cover band. Formed by long-time Hamilton, ON musician Trevor Ziebarth (Actor/Writer/Composer on Teletoon’s adult comedy series Sons of Butcher), Moonlight Desires is his ode to the raunchy romances and youthful misadventures of summer’s past. By re-working synth laden pop hits of the 1980s, Ziebarth manages to turn familiar guilty pleasures into modern, guitar-driven rock anthems.

“For those unfamiliar, I created a television show with my brother Jay Ziebarth back in 2005 called ‘Sons of Butcher’. It was a unique adult comedy cartoon series that aired on Teletoon and was sold to over 200 countries around the world. The show was the first to blend video heads into a cartoon world. The Sons of Butcher characters worked in a butcher shop by day and were a spandex clad rock outfit by night, with my character (Ricky Butcher) relentlessly trying to make it as a big rock star. As a companion to the show, Sons of Butcher recorded and released a few comedy rock albums using songs from the show as inspiration, and travelled across Canada twice on a sponsored tour by Teletoon. As a live band, Sons of Butcher used to perform heavied-up covers of 80s songs and they often became fan/crowd favourites. Ultimately, I noticed the positive response and it led to the formation of Moonlight Desires in 2013.” says Trevor Ziebarth.

As an homage to their Canadian music heritage, the band decided to take their name from the popular 80s song ‘Moonlight Desires’ by iconic singer/songwriter Gowan.

“I wanted to have a direct (1980s song) reference …but I also thought it would fit in nicely with the band’s heavier direction.” says Ziebarth.

Joined in the studio by drummer Dave Dunham (Not Of, DAVIDS, ex-Chore, ex-Sons Of Butcher) and lead guitarist Marco Bressette (Dead Tired, ex-Threat Signal), he says “Just The Hits: 1981-1985” is “…a more layered, fully realized version of the band. We really just wanted to show people a good time, while still staying true to our metal, grunge and hard rock influences. Thanks to Mitch Bowden at Mechanical Noise, the production sounds big and warm, and I think this album really captures the fun of what Moonlight Desires is all about.”

While their 2014 debut album “Frankie Goes To Hamilton” delivered a rollicking arrangement of classic love songs,  the band’s follow-up “Just The Hits: 1981-1985”transforms timeless hits such as “Sunglasses At Night” by Corey Hart and “Something About You” by Level 42 into party rock anthems.  Satisfying that hunger to escape the shackles of reality with fun times and familiar hits, Moonlight Desires entire catalogue will be available for the first time on all major digital platforms (including iTunes, Spotify, Google Play) on September 15, 2017.

Their first video for their cover “Something About You” by Level 42 is being exclusively premiered on PureGrainAudio.com and can be viewed at the following link: http://puregrainaudio.com/videos/moonlight-desires-travel-to-the-80s-in-tubular-something-about-you-music-video-exclusive-premiere

About:

Edmonton’s own Protosequence offer a rush of groovy guitar parts met with story-filled lyrics and serene, landscape-sized instrumentals that roll like hills into a valley.

Protosequence is a reference to the original genome where all life began — much like the band, which existed in principle before they even had a presence. Each of the members were lying in wait to be activated and become the strain that is now Protosequence. Kyle Hunter (guitar) was constantly crafting near-complete songs that were ready to be realized. It did not take long for Kyle and Logan Vars (drums) to finally meet. It seemed as though there were two projects destined to combine into a singular effort to form the final line-up for the band: Logan (drums), Kyle (guitar), Parker (guitar), Joseph McKee (vocals), and Ryan Schaffler (ex-bassist) who is now replaced by Jacob Teeple. Members have a long history in the Edmonton music scene, playing in bands like Anubian and In The Midst Of A Murder since the early 2000s.

The band draws influence from acts like All Shall Perish, August Burns Red, and The Black Dahlia Murder. With a foothold on their influences, they root their music in technicality while layering emotional, yet gruff vocals weaved into every track. The band transitions seamlessly through djent riffs, grinding drums, and groove elements, making their sound versatile and ever-changing. Each live performance is crafted like an album played from front to back, with each song bearing a story and painting the room like a canvas — leaving the colours and experiences on each audience member.

The band will be releasing their new EP “Biophagous” on August 18th, 2017 to follow their 2016 debut EP “Schizophrene”.

“Edmonton’s Protosequence perform an agile balancing act on the new song “Shepherd” we’re bringing you from their forthcoming EP, Biophagus, a high-wire performance that deftly straddles a stylistic divide without ever losing their path forward.” No Clean Singing

“In the vein of bands like All Shall Perish & Born of Osiris, Protosequence kick proceedings off with the furiously tech riffing of Parasitic, a wild & untamed slab of death metal. That is until a surprising tempo change that brings in some keyboards & more classic metal sounding guitar solo. It’s a damn strong start, one that leaves you wondering just what more Biophagous has to offer.” – Games, Braaaiiins And A Headbanging Life

“Protosequence is an act of quality over quantity.  I get seriously lost in their music, be it through a spine-damaging headbanging session (“DFL”) or stretch of melodic introspection (“Shepherd”).  Biophagous offers up another nice showcase of the band’s skill across a variety of substyles and paces.” – Metal Trenches

“Protosequence takes the insane melodic riffage of metalcore bands like August Burns Red or Novelists, and mixes them with tech death elements of bands like The Black Dahlia Murder which makes for what I think could be a band that has the potential to break through and make it huge…Biophagus is of another caliber, every aspect of it is flawless, and will not only be in my playlist but should be in everyone else’s as well. Whatever you do, do not sleep on this band. Make sure you pick up Biophagus when it releases August 18th! ” – Blood Rock Media

“Incorporating elements from deathcore, technical death metal, and, yes, even djent, Protosequence manages to maintain the listener’s interest while developing an identity that is not only unique to Canada, but to the world. ” – It Djents

About:

“That is not dead which can eternal lie yet with strange aeons even death may die.” – H.P Lovecraft ‘The Nameless City’

H.P. Lovecraft (1890-1937), creator of the Cthulu Mythos, was the most influential horror writer of the 20th century. Indeed, no less a talent than Stephen King said Lovecraft was ‘the 20th Century’s greatest practitioner of the classic horror tale.’ Lovecraft’s ability to evoke brooding otherworldly horror is unsurpassed and has influenced a great many heavy metal artists from Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath to Metallica. Yet no band has ever paid tribute to Lovecraft with the same degree of scope and immersion as the appropriately CRAFTEON.

CRAFTEON is the conception of vocalist and guitarist Lord Mordiggian. A teacher of literature, Lord Mordiggian was inspired to create an entire album inspired by his favourite writer H.P. Lovecraft.

Musically inspired by the likes of Shining, Dissection, Nyktalgia, Cradle of Filth and Iron Maiden, Lord Mordiggian describes the sound of CRAFTEON as ‘rough-hewn, distraught, mucilaginous, archival and multiplanar.’

CRAFTEON’s debut album “Cosmic Reawakening” features eight tracks inspired by classic Lovecraft tales such as ‘The Outsider’, ‘Dagon’, and ‘From Beyond’. CRAFTEON have achieved the unachievable in crafting music to match the stories, indeed, such are their storytelling prowess and their style of music could be dubbed Bardic Black Metal. Lord Mordiggian is optimistic about the album’s reception and there is more music to come.

“I expect the general fans of black metal to enjoy the influence of early Swedish black metal…This band will remain in the realm of Lovecraft and at least his genre, and considering he has hundreds of other stories, the music to come in the future is virtually limitless as far as the concept goes. I already have several songs in the works for the sophomore album, and this time the other band members are contributing their own original pieces as well.”

CRAFTEON’s debut album “Cosmic Reawakening” is due out August 25, 2017.

“Crafteon are about to self-release their debut album, Cosmic Reawakening, and it’s one that should definitely be on your radar if you’re a fan of black metal or legendary horror author, H.P. Lovecraft. From the moment you hit play on the album, you’re immediately transported into a melodic and mystical world that Crafteon builds on across all 8 tracks, and leaves you wanting more.” – Metal Injection

“The lyrics are indeed Lovecraftian in their evocation of blood-chilling horror. And the music effectively captures the terrifying and grandiose drama of the words, with a pulsating, yowling riff that gets its hooks in fast and cracked, strangled vocals that are monstrously ugly and rise up in flames of delirious anguish.” – No Clean Singing

“Unlike many other bands who claim to be inspired by a certain subject or person, Crafteon do a fantastic job of capturing the spirit of Lovecraft while still making incredibly exciting black metal.” – Games, Brrraaains & A Headbanging Life

“Black metal based on H.P. Lovecraft you say? Is there any better combination? Of course there isn’t! And that’s exactly what Crafteon peddle, a brand of melodic black metal rich in Cthulhu’s and other sticky monster stuff… High drama prevails as Crafteon expertly craft a journey that’s fantastical and feverish in its intensity and its genius lies in its subterfuge. You see, Cosmic Reawakening creeps up on you, unnerving, hideous yet strangely hypnotic and its horrors appear to lurk under the surface, masked by melody.  To quote the great man himself, “with only a slight churning to mark its rise to the surface, the thing slid into view above the dark waters. Vast, Polyphemus-like, and loathsome””. – Worship Metal

“one of the most memorable black metal albums ever.” – Disagreement.net

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – August 14, 2017

For Fans of Conquering Dystopia, Alluvial, Revocation, Nevermore, Voivod

GearGods Premiere Guitar Shredder Matt Chanway Playthrough Video “The Receiver of Wisdom”

Debut Self-Titled Album Out Now!

Guitar virtuoso Matt Chanway has made a name for himself with well-regarded Canadian death/thrash metal band Assimilation.

Last December, Chanway unleashed his self-titled solo debut album: a sonic masterpiece that merges the old and new school. Razor sharp riffs meld with soaring solos; progression with power. Inspired by the likes of George Lynch and Jeff Loomis, Chanway (who has a diploma in guitar performance from the University of West London) is the ideal guitar hero for the 21st century.

Describing his sound as “melodic, relentless, energetic progressive metal” and influenced by the likes of Nevermore, Circus Maximus, Tony Macalpine, Aghora and Revocation, Chanway explains that “initially this music was written for a progressive metal project called Chancellor in 2011. After leaving that band, I gradually morphed the tracks into instrumental tunes.”

Chanway reveals his writing process is always honest and organic. “I write all of the guitar parts, generally starting from one theme or motif and just continually building upon it, to create a flowing cohesive piece. Never forcing or rushing anything for the sake of releasing new music. The guitar themes are authentic; the riffs are catchy and addictive.”

Teaming up with GearGods.net, Chanway demonstrates his shredding skills with his new playthrough for his track “The Receiver of Wisdom” at the following link: http://geargods.net/playthrough/matt-chanway-the-receiver-of-wisdom-guitar-playthrough/

Chanway also states that this is also no studio project and is looking forward to playing his album live, promising “a very authentic recreation of some very challenging music, of course instrumental music is always a different ballgame in a live context. People tend to hone in on the guitar a lot more, and the unique voice it can bring as the band leader!”

Chanway is preparing to enter the studio with a brand new line-up to record his follow up EP set for release in early 2018.

Track Listing:
1. Evidence of the Arcane (6:22) (instrumental)
2. The Receiver of Wisdom (6:58) (instrumental)
3. Harbinger 2.1 (8:24) (instrumental)
4. 271114 (6:48) (instrumental)
5. Eyes In The Sky (5:48) (instrumental)
6. Lucidity (6:26) (instrumental)
Album Length: 40:49

“Burstfire solos, frantic time signatures, complicated riffing and the like are all signposts of an artist who wants to see how far he can go. Unsurprisingly, this ambition pays off. The release could stand on its own as proof that Matt could play alongside the world’s greatest in shred guitar.” – Prog Sphere Magazine

“The progressive metal genre never ceases to provide scores of insanely skilled guitar-slingers, and Vancouver’s Matt Chanway can now be recognized as another mind-blowing practitioner of the style.” – Guitar.com

“Ferocious, fast, and fucking awesome, Matt Chanway indeed has a scintillating skill that surely many would aspire to. His compositions are interesting, invigorating, intense, and inspiring: everything instrumental prog metal should be.” – Swept Media

“You can hear the love of playing the guitar that emanates from the fingers of this extremely talented player with song after song of thrills and heavy shredding.” – Altered Frequencies

“This is not an album just for shredders, it’s for anyone who wants an album of great metal that will get your head banging and wear your air guitar out.” – The Ripple  Effect

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – August 11, 2017

For fans of Three Days Grace, Foo Fighters, I Mother Earth, Billy Talent, Rise Against

PureGrainAudio Premiere EMPTY THREAT New Single “Out of Sync” + New EP “Shutdown Nowhere” Out Oct 6th

L-R: Michael Roane (Lead Vocals, Guitar) | David Jameson (Drums) | Matthew Roane (Guitar, Backing Vocals) | Ryan Dobson (Bass, Backing Vocals) – Photo Credit Zack Murray

Fusing punk, post-grunge, and prog rock, Mississauga, ON’s EMPTY THREAT are an alternative band making noise in Ontario and Quebec playing shows routinely in Toronto, London, Montreal and more. Formed in 2011 by bassist Ryan Dobson and guitarist/singer Michael Roane, the duo acquired drummer David Jameson in 2014 and soon after they recruited second guitarist Matthew Roane to solidify their line up in 2015.

Wasting no time, the quartet is now planning the release of their debut EP entitled “Shutdown Nowhere” due out October 6, 2017. Teaming up with award winning producer/engineer/mixer Glen Robinson who is known for his work with such names as The Ramones, AC/DC, GWAR, Annihilator and Voivod, the EP is their first professionally recorded release.

Vocalist / guitarist Michael Roane comments:

“We are a young band, developing our style and pushing forward to provide a new sound experience. Most of the songs we have been working on for years – and have been through multiple edits and versions. This will be our first, legitimate attempt to introduce ourselves to the world – so we hope that fans will hear our songs and feel a slight familiarity to the genre, but will appreciate the unique touch we put in our songs – as we combine elements from multiple genres and use our effects to put a different perspective on old ideas. We also want people to know first and foremost our band is about creating passionate music that may resonate with other people. On the surface, we make music that has a carefully crafted intensity – like a chained beast tugging at the leash. For those who want to dig deeper, they see how this sound represents us, as people, and our struggles to reach our potential. We connect with our fans through these shared emotions.”

The forthcoming “Shutdown Nowhere” EP will feature six new crushing tracks full of introspective verse.

Roane adds “We aim to introduce ourselves by having a “new familiarity” feel to our songs. Veterans of rock and metal should be comfortable listening to our songs, but we aim to blend in elements that will surprise them.”

Teaming up with PureGrainAudio.com, the band is premiering their first single off the EP “Out of Sync”, a track that presents itself as an oddball grunge/punk/metal song that dances on its uneven cadence to capture the feeling of disconnect with oneself as described lyrically. Many other songs on the EP follow up in a similar fashion, capturing all sorts of different perspectives and emotions experienced.

To hear “Out of Sync”, please visit the following link: http://puregrainaudio.com/audio/empty-threat-are-full-of-piss-and-vinegar-on-new-single-out-of-sync-exclusive-premiere

Live, EMPTY THREAT delivers a very high-energy and engaging show where they often improvise extended bridges and endings to songs to hype the crowd more. They take the negativity and loathing present in their songs and ramp up the energy to a powerful force that is a memorable moment that their fans can walk away with.
