SHROUD OF DESPONDENCY Unleashes Relentless Cosmic Black Metal Split With LanzerRath

Off Split EP w/ LanzerRath Out May 10th, 2024

L-R – Rory Heikkila (all instruments), Ron Blemberg (vocals)

Prepare for an auditory descent into the abyss as Shroud of Despondency, from Michigan, USA, unveils their latest offering – a split with LanzerRath that is a true display of unrelenting cosmic black metal. This collaboration amplifies the intensity of Shroud of Despondency‘s sonic landscape, delving into the cosmic realms of negative energy that wreak havoc on creation wherever it manifests. Founder and multi-instrumentalist Rory Heikkila comments on the split:

“Shroud of Despondency prides itself on being unpredictable and remains concerned only with the artistic process. While previous albums have focused primarily on dying, death, entropy, and the despair that comes with life, in its current state it is taking a more science-fiction approach to these topics. LanzerRath has been supportive of Shroud of Despondency in the past and I approached them about the idea of a split when I realized their music was good and they were also from Michigan. We were both, oddly enough, interested in doing something around the idea of cosmic terror, and the collaboration kind of just happened from that.”

Heikkila’s journey with Shroud of Despondency began as a means of coping with personal loss and paying homage to black metal influences. Despite a hiatus from 2004-2011, the project resurged with live performances and prolific recording sessions in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since 2015, Heikkila and Blemberg, both hailing from Michigan but based in Milwaukee, have maintained a steady output of music, characterized by their unpredictable, dark, and emotionally charged compositions.

Heikkila adds that this split and an upcoming full length continue what was started on 2016’s full length, “Of Origin, Conflict, and Recurrence”, in that it sees these negative energies as taking physical form in host bodies and wreaking havoc. The split is recommended for fans of Enslaved, Root, and Thorns.

Listen to the full stream premiere of the Shroud of Despondency / LanzerRath split via its premiere on MetalInsider HERE.

Due out on May 10, 2024, the Split EP is available for pre-order at ShroudofDespondency.bandcamp.com.

“Shroud has always struck a fine balance between black metal’s esoteric and progressive bookends; in addition to the skin-searing atonality and machine gun riffing inherent to the genre, the band has made it a commonality to include tasteful strains of classical, Americana and folk, not to mention thrash, doom and death metal, in their sound. Basically, I was amazed they still hadn’t had someone’s dotted line thrust in front of their faces, especially in light of 1) the black metal genre’s historical open-armed acceptance of everyone from Emperor and Vattnet Viskar to Abruptum and Panopticon, and 2) the shitloads of crap out there that gets passed off as ‘essential listening.’”- Decibel

“From top to bottom, from the beginning of the first track until the last note of the fifth and final song of the album, Air of Abrasion is simply brilliant. It’s such a wild ride of an album, with literally the first 3/5ths of the album bringing such a visceral and stunning quality, to the last two tracks showcasing an emotive and musical talent that is flat out levelling on a whole new plane, or at least that elusive plane of musical identity and awareness that few artists actually achieve. I get the feeling that no matter if Shroud of Despondency sold 100 records or 100 million records, their writing and output would still be of the same quality and magnitude.” – Teeth of the Divine

“”Claws Out is a straight shot of heavy rock n’ roll straight to the heart. With its infectious energy, blistering guitar solos, and powerhouse vocals, it’s a proof to the enduring power of the genre. Crank up the volume, grab the Aqua Net, throw up the horns, and let Lÿnx take you on a journey through the wild and untamed world of hair metal glory. MUST LISTEN TRACKS: “Rock Machine”, “Can’t Get Enough”, “Band of Brothers”, “Pull the Trigger”, “Lights Out”” – Amplify The Noise

“Lÿnx is an honest to goodness rock n roll band in a time when rock needs just that. They offer up blistering guitar riffs and solos, melodic choruses, and high energy performances that resemble the spirit of a time long gone by.” Hitonindie.com

“A brilliant release that perfectly builds on the stage that their self titled EP set. ‘Long Live Rock N Roll’ is a direct unyielding ode to what rock music used to be. A release that’s not for the faint of heart, its bold, brash and wonderfully Brutal. Landing as one of Lÿnx’s defining musical moments” Thomas Bedward – Broken 8 Records

“ Opening tracks can tell you a lot about an album. Sometimes bands come out swinging, and others take a slow burn approach. Theres no slow burn in Lÿnx. And the title track ‘Long Live Rock N Roll’ roars out of your speakers. It features a great guitar solo, fantastic percussion, and drips with 80s glam.” Dave Wilks – CGCM Radio/ Podcast

“This is a really solid, fun band that were excited about, and can’t wait to hear what’s next. So, Crank it up and press play!”- MusicNotez Magazine

VALFREYA Sneak Another Peek At Upcoming Blackened Album “Dawn of Reckoning” With Video For “Le Périple”

Since 2009, Canada’s Valfreya has been honing their sound bringing in elements from black metal, and folk metal with touches of symphonic metal to create powerful music that has been heard around the world. With an impressive five albums already under their belts, they are gearing up for the sixth “Dawn of Reckoning”, coming out on May 24, 2024. A formidable concept album that tells of the goddess Hel striking back at humanity, it is a gritty, aggressive journey into mythology. The band comments on the second single “Le Périple” (“The Journey”), which is being released now in lyric video form:

“This album marks a significant evolution in our sound. While our earlier works leaned heavily on joyful and folkloric elements, “Dawn of Reckoning” takes on a symphonic blackened death metal approach. As for the single, it represents a human’s life: Innocence, discovery, ambition, false ideas, lies… This being slowly realizes that humanity is not virtuous.”

Gone are the days of folk metal and Viking metal. Valfreya invites listeners to embrace dark symphonies intertwined with tumultuous guitar riffs that will leave an indelible mark on their minds. “Dawn of Reckoning” promises to guide audiences through a journey of bitterness, nostalgia, and apocalyptic destruction, all set against a backdrop of cold nature and epic melodies.

Valfreya is a Canadian blackened death symphonic metal band hailing from Montreal. With a diverse discography that spans multiple genres, Valfreya continues to push the boundaries of metal music with its innovative sound and uncompromising vision. They are recommended for fans of Xaon, Fleshgod Apocalypse, and Carach Angren.

EPK – Shumaun – Opposing Mirrors (2024)

Publicist – Jon Asher – jon[@]ashermediarelations[.]com

Band: Shumaun
Album Title: Opposing Mirrors
Release Date: June 28, 2024
Label: Self-Release

“I believe the album is best experienced when played in sequence. While not a traditional concept album, it maintains a thematic coherence, much like our previous releases. The goal is to immerse the listener in a musical journey lasting approximately 50 minutes, give or take, haha. While there are standout singles, we’ve also included longer tracks to allow for deeper exploration. Ultimately, my hope is for the honesty and integrity of the music to connect with the listener, however they choose to experience it.” – Shumaun – Farhad Hossain — Vocals, Guitars, Keyboards

“US prog trio Shumaun blend progressive musical inclinations with arena-sized choruses on powerful new song Some Memories.” – Prog Mag

What the press has said:

WINNER: The Deli Magazine’s “BEST OF 2015 Reader’s Pick Award” for Washington DC

“It’s not just Orbin’s simple-complex drumming that shines here. Hossain’s soaring vocals, and the guitar/bass dynamics. They sound simple but scream progressive, forward-thinking. While pop-oriented progressive rock tunes aren’t usually on Decibel’s turntable (digital or physical), Shumaun was hard to deny.” – Decibel Magazine

“Great vocals, well-written songs, and solid musicianship are the hallmarks for the debut self-titled release by Shumaun. It’s a very enjoyable album for anyone who likes to sing along with their music. With Shumaun, the songs come first. And that makes for a very enjoyable experience.” – Progressive Music Planet

“AWESOME!  OK, this band is AWESOME and have produced probably my favourite album of the year.” – Decibel Geek

“Shumaun’s music is impressive and pretty close to brilliant – Background Magazine

“Has the best album of 2019 been released right at the beginning of the year? That’s not fair! Everyone else with a 2019 release has their work cut out for them, to stand up against Shumaun’s brilliant sophomore effort: “One Day Closer to Yesterday.” – Metal Asylum

“Farhad Hossain puts goose bumps on my arms with his beautiful voice.” – Rock Portaal

“This stuff is incredibly catchy, mostly due to the excellent vocals of Hossain. Sometimes I find the emphasis on lead vocals rather annoying, especially if the vocals are not up to snuff. That is far from the case here. His vocals are superbly melodic and had me completely transfixed throughout the disc’s fifty-two minute running time.” – Sea of Tranquility

=====================================================

About The Album Artwork:

The album artwork was designed by me (Farhad). It comes across as a bit contemplative with a sense of silence. A monk gazes out into a window and is fixed upon the figure on the other side. He not only sees a fellow brother but also catches a glimpse of himself in a way of self-reflection. So, the window is essentially a metaphorical mirror, reflecting not only the physical image of the other monk but also the inner thoughts and emotions of the observer.

About the album as a whole (LYRICALLY & MUSICALLY):

The album is intended to be listened to sequentially, although there are standout singles dispersed throughout. There’s a natural flow between the songs, and the lyrics contribute to a conceptual feel. In essence, the album is kind of conceptual, and the title, “Opposing Mirrors,” encapsulates this theme perfectly. Whether it’s reflecting on a loved one, an adversary, or individuals grappling to connect, the album delves into the challenges of understanding “the other” by the means of self-reflection and awareness and viewing them as a mirror for oneself, fostering compassion and empathy in the process.

Track by Track (LYRICALLY & MUSICALLY):

1.       The Perils of Amnesia – The album kicks off with a semi-epic track blending elements of ambient, world music, prog, and metal. I incorporated a Persian Santoor in the middle to enhance its authenticity. Thematically, the song explores our collective tendency to repeat past mistakes, leading to inevitable failure, particularly from a societal perspective.

2. Balance – This is a song I wrote several years ago, back in 2006 or so when Jose and I were in the band Encompass. Several folks have asked to bring it back and I was reluctant to because it didn’t really fit previous albums, but I felt it fit perfectly with this one. If it sounds slightly different from the other songs, that’s likely the reason. Thematically, the lyrics center around transcending one’s ego and primal instincts.

3. Opposing Mirrors – This song is undoubtedly a standout single. The aim was to create a track that is concise and direct, yet still embodies all of our signature characteristics. Thomas Lang really delivered on this one.  Lyrically, the song delves into the theme of a deteriorating relationship, highlighting the inability to perceive the situation from each other’s perspectives, ultimately leading to breakdowns in communication, and the inevitable dissolution of the relationship.

4. Anxiety and Daydreams – This track is easily my favorite instrumental that I’ve written. It’s also one of my personal favorites on the album! It captivates the listener, taking them on a journey through moments of serenity and, dare I say, anxiety? Filled with layers and subtle textures, it’s a piece I’m truly proud of that I hope everyone will enjoy, especially if you hate my vocals!

5. That Which Turns – This song blends a lot of progressive elements into a bitesize nugget. I really like the movement behind the guitar solo section and the time shifts. It has a somewhat unorthodox arrangement mixing acoustic and electric guitars that makes it a nifty track. That which turns is referring to the heart, and how our emotions and feelings can fluctuate unexpectedly at any moment.

6. Beyond Reflection – I was just writing out my thoughts in real time after my dad passed away in 2022. You can hear is voice in the middle of the song, which I recorded on my phone from the hospital a few hours before he passed on. In Bengali, he is saying “I want to stick to my decision and go back home. Let me just stay there for a week, and if I start feeling worse, then we can call 911… (and return to the hospital),” not realizing at that moment that he didn’t have much more time ahead of him. Musically, it’s very basic, but I did throw in a decent guitar solo in the end.

7. Some Memories… – This song represents a departure from our usual style. It has a modern edge with its choppy guitar rhythms under the verses, but I believe the chorus brings it back to the classic Shumaun sound with its big hook and open chords. Lyrically, it addresses the phenomenon of cancel culture, exploring how individuals can face consequences for past actions or statements, even if they have since grown and evolved as people.

8. Porcelain Trees – This song holds a special place as one of my all-time favorites. Lyrically, it began as a reflection on my dad’s passing but evolved into an exploration of broader themes of oppression and injustice on a global scale. Musically, the song guides the listener through a complex narrative, both lyrically and musically. Despite being built around a simple theme and chord progression, the various movements allow the intricacies to shine, weaving throughout the song.

=====================================================

STORY ANGLES / FUN FACTS:

1. On the song “Balance” we were having some technical issues with the drum files that Leo Margarit sent. Farhad hadn’t really noticed the issues until way after Leo delivered and didn’t want to bug him again so decided to retrack the drums himself. “I tried to experiment and track the drums and cymbals separately. This approach made it easier to mix the drums, and more importantly allowed drum edits to be less painful. But trust me, I am no drummer! It took a million takes and some creative editing to make me sound even remotely competent.”

2. If you examine each Shumaun album cover, you’ll find a cityscape featured somewhere. “Opposing Mirrors” follows this trend, maintaining continuity across our albums. However, we don’t know how long this trend will continue.

3. Jose and Farhad play in a regional cover band called Screaming Monkeys. Sometimes they will perform a Shumaun song as a three piece in the middle of the set. There was one show where the keyboard backing track didn’t trigger. The band soldiered through as a true three piece band and the audience still loved it. “Though it was a bit terrifying for us, no band should not be able to perform because a backing track fails,” Farhad said.

4. Jose, Farhad, and Tyler have known each other since middle school. Evident by the “Memories of Water” video from their last album.

5. Jose initially began as a guitarist, but as the trend goes, he transitioned to bass when the need for a bassist arose.

(L to R) – Tyler Kim: Guitar, Farhad Hossain: Vocals, Guitar, Keys, Jose Mora: Bass

Shumaun, initially a solo project by Farhad Hossain, evolved into a collaborative band after recruiting friends. Despite drummer challenges during recording, including the departure of Tanvir Tomal, replaced by Waqar Khan, the band managed to release their self-titled debut album in 2015 with contributions from Travis Orbin (Darkest Hour) and Mark Zonder (ex-Fates Warning) on drums. Tanvir later rejoined as the live drummer. In 2019, their second album “One Day Closer to Yesterday” was released, followed by their critically acclaimed third album “Memories & Intuition” in 2021, which featured renowned drummers, Thomas Lang, Atma Anur, Mark Zonder, and Leo Margarit. Praised by numerous prominent progressive, hard rock, and heavy metal outlets such as PROG magazine, Revolver Magazine, Decibel Magazine, Metal Asylum, and Progressive Music Planet, the band’s distinctive sound, propelled by Farhad Hossain’s dynamic vocals and lead guitar work, Jose Mora’s melodious bass lines, and Tyler Kim’s nuanced guitar embellishments, has earned them accolades, awards, and widespread recognition.

In 2024, Shumaun is set to unveil their fourth album, titled “Opposing Mirrors,” showcasing a stellar lineup of drummers including the return of Thomas Lang and Leo Margarit of Pain of Salvation, alongside Marco Minnemann from the instrumental power trio, The Aristocrats. For mixing and mastering duties, the band has once again enlisted Brett Caldas-Lima at Tower Studio in France.

Shumaun, the internationally acclaimed progressive rock sensation known for their dynamic sound and introspective lyrics, is expanding their discography this year with their fourth album, “Opposing Mirrors,” set to release at the end of June 2024. Prior to this release, they will have a couple of singles to whet the palettes of rock fanatics around the world, the first being “Some Memories.” This track is a departure from their regular sound as the band explains:

“It has a modern edge with its choppy guitar rhythms under the verses, but I believe the chorus brings it back to the classic Shumaun sound with its big hook and open chords,” says bassist Jose Mora. Singer/guitarist Farhad Hossain provided more insight into the lyrical theme: “Lyrically, it addresses the phenomenon of cancel culture, exploring how individuals can face consequences for past actions or statements, even if they have since grown and evolved as people.”

“Some Memories” possesses a remarkably potent and dynamic sound. “The guitars seamlessly transition between low and high tones, heavy and light textures, slow and fast tempos, and chords and notes, adding depth to the composition. There is incredible drumming throughout the song by Marco Minnemann. The bass serves as an embellishment, enhancing the overall musical landscape. The vocals and synths are intricately layered atop the instrumentation to give the song its various shapes and colors,” guitarist Tyler Kim further noted.

Initially conceived as a solo project by Farhad Hossain, Shumaun quickly evolved into a collaborative powerhouse with the addition of talented musicians. They believe the album is best experienced when played in sequence. While not a traditional concept album, it maintains a thematic coherence, much like their previous releases. “Opposing Mirrors” is recommended for fans of Rush, Porcupine Tree, and Fates Warning.

From Valdese, USA comes a hellish avalanche of sludge metal from Ape Vermin. They have a new concept album in the pipe “Andromedas Colossus” coming out on May 17, 2024. They recently released the first single “Awakened”, and are now following it up with “Solaruss”. They comment on the new single and the album:

“‘Solaruss’ smacks you like an asteroid you knew nothing about, it’s extremely dark and prophetic. ‘Time to break the blackened curse, Twisted visions of hell, Solaruss on the front line, On and on we kill’. It speaks for itself. We think that this record is going to be well received by most of the “Metal” Community. We are a Sludge metal band pushing the boundaries with progressive and thrash metal as well.”

In “Andromedas Colossus”, guitarist/vocalist Brett Lee, drummer Seth Lynn, and bassist Jared Edge summon titanic riffs and interstellar rhythms, crafting an auditory experience that transcends the boundaries of genre. With its colossal soundscapes and visceral intensity, the album takes the listener deep into other worlds and provides an immersive narrative to follow.

In conjunction with the album release, Ape Vermin will be heading out on tour across the USA (dates listed below). For those fans who get a chance to check them out, the band promises to engage with the audience and destroy them in every form. They vow to keep their blade sharp and to never dip in quality. They are recommended for fans of Mastodon, Yob, and Conan.

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – May 6, 2024

Venezuela’s LYONEN Presents A Classic Metal Throwback With New Single “Wild Nights”

Venezuela’s Lyonen is a full-throttle journey that blends the spirit of old-school anthems with a modern edge. With their latest single “Wild Nights” They reinvigorate the classic metal sound with a modern twist. The single delivers face-melting riffs, soaring vocals, and catchy choruses that will stick in your head long after the last note fades. With an album in the future planned, the band shares what listeners can expect:

“This album is a sonic middle finger to the mundane, an anthem for the misfits and the dreamers, a soundtrack to the unforgettable nights that become the stories we tell for years to come. This is more than just music – it’s a feeling. It’s the feeling of belonging, of letting loose, and of screaming your heart out with your closest companions under a sky full of stars. This is Wild Nights.”

Lyonen intends to ignite a fire in your soul with powerful, fast-paced music that gets your heart racing. We’re talking fist-pumping anthems, the kind you can sing along to at the top of your lungs – just like the good old days!

This single marks a significant evolution in Lyonen’s sound, with the band pushing the boundaries of traditional metal to create something fresh and exhilarating. Guitar tuning has been dropped to a low C for a heavier bottom end, while the drumming style has been completely revamped to lay a more aggressive foundation. Combined with a new edge to the vocals, the result is a sound that’s both familiar and thrilling, injecting the classic metal spirit with a modern dose of adrenaline.

“Wild Nights” is recommended for fans of Avenged Sevenfold, Helloween, and Primal Fear and can be heard at the following links:

About The Single Artwork:
As a total metalhead who lives for concerts, I catch every show I can. “Wild Nights” captures that electric feeling perfectly. The artwork explodes with energy, just like a killer live performance.  A giant fiery skull, a true metal symbol, rages in the background. It’s the peak of the concert – pure sonic power that unites the crowd, like a powerful melodic chorus where everyone sings along.  In the front, a lone figure dives into the moshpit, silhouetted against the flames. It’s all about freedom, and exhilaration – a visual anthem celebrating the intense, unifying power of heavy metal. This is the kind of experience that keeps me chasing the next concert – pure metal magic!

VICOLO INFERNO Unveil Next Single “The Gift” Off Third Studio Album “Circles” Out May 2024

Rockshots Records is proud to present VICOLO INFERNO‘s new single taken from their third studio “Circles” coming out May 31st!

The new single is called “The Gift”, which the band is presenting today, is an uptempo song with catchy melodies. “The Gift” is a “fantasy” song concerning the moon which observes the evolution of the human race wondering if they are ready to receive “The Gift” which is the allegory of death.

Listen to “The Gift” at the following links:

Youtube – https://youtu.be/D8HyX0j6YhI

“Circles” like its predecessor dances among various colors of the soul, from the most intimate and convoluted to the angry, to the amused and ironic. The track listing was chosen to guide the listener through a journey. The writing process for this record has been consolidated for years, although somewhat against the current.

“We are “romantic supporters” of songwriting in the rehearsal room. We always start from a vocal line or a guitar riff, and if there is inspiration, the first version is laid down, which is then refined and shaped over time like a piece of wood by a sculptor.” adds the band

Originally producing about 20 tracks, they widdled it down to the presenting 10 songs on the album, those not selected will be used for a future release. Vicolo Inferno hopes that those who listen to this sonic exploration from start to finish will feel the introspective expressions while understanding their interpretation of social criticisms, fantasies, and telling of comical experiences they have lived through as a band. An example track is “Gummy Bears” which is about soaking Gummy Bear candy in vodka which is a fun backstage tradition for them with friends and fans.

They also add about this next full-length:

“It is said that the third album is canonically the one of awareness; it is certainly the one in which we put more care into arranging the songs, where we experimented with some stylistic figures never used by us before, both in music and in singing. For once, we would like to venture to say that we think it is our best album (although it is always difficult to say which child you love most) for ideas and execution, but as always, the hope is to reach the audience, which will be the judge in deciding whether our feelings hit the mark or not.”

Recommended for fans of Alice in Chains, Black Sabbath, and Black Stone Cherry “Circles” is due out on May 31, 2024, and is available for digital pre-save plus CD pre-orders at the following links below:

VICOLO INFERNO BIOGRAPHY:

In 1504, an alley in “Forum Cornelii” (Imola, Bologna, Italy) wrote its history in blood: a bloody battle left its mark on the popular imagination and forever transformed the name of that narrow cobblestone path into “VICOLO INFERNO”.

In 2003, the encounter of the two founding members of the band Igor and Marco led shortly after to the release of their first demo “FIRE COVERZ.”

By 2005, the desire to propose original music production began to emerge, and the first 4 songs were collected in the EP demo “HELL’S ALLEY.”

The following years were marked by intense live activity, band contests, and recognitions.

In 2013, the band signed a contract with logic(il)logic Records for the release of their debut album “HOURGLASS.” Live promotion lasted throughout the year, reaching England in March 2014 with 6 dates.

In 2016, with the addition of Wallace on bass, the band completed the composition and recording of their 2nd album “STRAY IDEALS,” once again for logic IL logic Records.

Currently, the band, enriched by the new drummer Renzo Cuomo, has finished recording their 3rd album “CIRCLES,” set to be released on May 31, 2024, for Rockshots Records.

Out Now! VIOLET ETERNAL Debut Album “Reload The Violet”

Album Guests – Takao (MinstreliX), Gabriel Guardian (IMMORTAL GUARDIAN), Timo Tolkki (ex-STRATOVARIUS) and more!

Out now on Rockshots Records, Violet Eternal unveils their debut album “Reload The Violet”. Born out of the desire of two musicians from Italy and Japan to work with each other in creating a new melodic metal band, Violet Eternal blends power, and oriental choruses with fast-paced rhythms and interpersonal lyrics, with the ambiance of shredding guitar solos. Band co-founder and guitarist Jien Takahashi comments:

“I wanted to create the ultimate melodic power metal duo after MAJUSTICE and other activities, I was hungry for new music. There were a lot of songs at the end of the previous activity, so I was looking for a way to shape it. In such a situation, I met Ivan Giannini online. I originally knew Ivan from his legendary work with VISION DIVINE and the album “Angel of Revenge” and his other band Derdian. I was completely fascinated by his emotional voice that seemed to burn the skies. So I was wishing I could do something with him. When I got in touch with Ivan, we immediately hit it off and we decided to make an album together.”

After connecting with vocalist Ivan Giannini, Jien made a call to a mutual friend Ollie Bernstein (Illusion Force, Magic Opera) who he had a feeling would be interested in joining the duo in creating an album together plus he was also playing bass in Derdian, which Ivan was a member of too.

Not too soon after, more pieces to the project came together when the trio recruited Andrea Cappellari (Nekomata and former guitarist for Skeletoon).

With all the members collected, and music being written, the band was ready to hit the studio and decided to team up with producer Dennis Ward (Angra, Helloween) for their first full-length album “Reload The Violet”. The album also features guests Takao (MinstreliX), Gabriel Guardian (IMMORTAL GUARDIAN), keyboardist YUHKI, drummer Ryuya Inoue, and Timo Tolkki (ex-STRATOVARIUS).

“From the time of production, Ivan and I were convinced that this album would be a game changer. I think it’s a work that people who love melodic metal will enjoy. If you listen to the music of VIOLET ETERNAL when you feel down, you will surely feel cheerful with a hot feeling. Our music will give you the courage. This album strikes hard with both powerful vocals and a perfect mix of oriental melodic metal and emotional vocals.” says Jien Takahashi.

Recommended for fans of Stratovarius, Beast In Black, and Angra, Violet Eternal‘s debut album “Reload The Violet” is available as of May 3, 2024, from Rockshots Records.
