Mastered by Tore Stjerna (Watain, Corpus Christi) at Necromorbus Studio and mixed by Jeff Wardell, ‘All Sights Affixed, Ablaze’ features eight crushing tracks that ascend to stand out with force.
Born from the powerful quote from Ingmar Bergman’s 1957 movie Det Sjunde Inseglet (The Seventh Seal) “We must make an idol of our fear and that idol we shall call God.”. Idol of Fear focuses on abstract, sliced melodies paired with upfront aggression and compelling vocal energy. Harnessing their crazy sense of humor and love of all things metal, vocalist Rob “Rawrb” Kersey and guitarist Josh “The J” Key joined forces with drummer Alex “Shmalex” Dontre and bassist Matty J “Moose” to create Pyschostick, a band they’ve coined as humorcore.
