ABOLISHMENT OF FLESH’s New Music Video “Hater of Man” Explores Disassociating with Society and Reality

Latest EP “Resurrecting Misanthropy” Out Now!

Live Lineup – Top Left – Ramon Cazares – Guitars, Vocals – Top Right – Izaak Chavez – Guitar

Bottom Left – Jake Lahniers – Bass, Backing Vocals – Bottom Right – Adrian Galindo – Drums

Texas, USA’s death metal powerhouse Abolishment of Flesh is unshackling their latest music video for their track “Hater of Man” off their latest EP “Resurrecting Misanthropy”, released in 2023 via Blood Bast Distribution.

A relentless barrage of guttural death metal to knock you off your feet, the song is about a child in the womb who senses the rejection and hatred of a drug addict mother. This child grows to become disassociated with society and reality. In the end, the person is consumed with hate for themselves and everyone around them.

Vocalist and Guitarist comments:

“This was another one I wrote almost 10 years ago. The part after the solo was rewritten and re-arranged. The older version was old-school death metal so I wanted to modernize it in a sense. I think it turned out nicely and the riffs are really fun to play.”

Watch and listen to the music video for “Hater of Man” via its premiere on Slam Worldwide at https://youtu.be/KIXiepFhV3g

Abolishment of Flesh’s latest EP “Resurrecting Misanthropy” has a little bit of something for everyone. The band is not just death metal, they throw in some black metal, melody, thrash, groove, and grind. Their sound incorporates several aspects of metal and they don’t just stick to one formula.

With themes rooted in war, violence, disease, corruption, and the systematic collapse of human civilization, Abolishment of Flesh delivers an anti-human message about death and destruction. Although AOF’s violent and grim nature of its lyrics is serious, its main focus is on metal music and creativity.

“Resurrecting Misanthropy” is out now at Abolishmentofflesh.bandcamp.com and Spotify and is recommended for fans of Kataklysm, Suffocation, and Deicide.

Brutal death metal enthusiasts rejoice! Traumatomy, the international band renowned for their slamming brutality, is set to release their latest single “Consumed Into Nothing” off their sixth upcoming EP “Triumph of Enslavement” out this coming July 2024 on Gore House Productions. This highly anticipated release promises to deliver a relentless auditory assault that fans have come to expect from the band. They comment on what to expect with the single:

“We composed this track as the very first one for this album. It turned out to be quite fast and technical. We thought about the lyrics for a long time and decided that it should be abstract and brutal.”

Their debut album “Transcendental Evisceration of Necrogenetic Beasts” in 2013 garnered significant acclaim within the global brutal underground community. Between 2012 and 2018, the band released a second full-length album and three EPs. With the addition of a bassist and drummer in 2018, Traumatomy began touring, bringing their crushing sound to live audiences around the world, and will attract the attention of fans of Gorevent, Cerebral Incubation, and PeelingFlesh.

«There is a consistent groove throughout each song which either features slow, dragging parts where the focus is on the slams, or faster parts in which the riffs and drumming get a lot more technical and intense» – Angelusmortem

«Musically, Traumatomy’s style is very similar to Abominable Putridity, Visceral Disgorge, Party Cannon and Epicardiectomy since the songs have that groovy aesthetic but this time, they’ve bring more depth in their sound since every song doesn’t feel the same as it keeps the melodics, tempos, arrangements and style feel its welcomed and for that, I truly feel this is the best Traumatomy album they’ve done to date» – Metalpurgatorymedia

Since 2009, Canada’s Valfreya has been honing their sound bringing in elements from black metal, and folk metal with touches of symphonic metal to create powerful music that has been heard around the world. With an impressive five albums already under their belts, they are gearing up for the sixth “Dawn of Reckoning”, coming out on May 24, 2024. A formidable concept album that tells of the goddess Hel striking back at humanity, it is a gritty, aggressive journey into mythology. The band comments on the second single “Le Périple” (“The Journey”), which is being released now in lyric video form:

“This album marks a significant evolution in our sound. While our earlier works leaned heavily on joyful and folkloric elements, “Dawn of Reckoning” takes on a symphonic blackened death metal approach. As for the single, it represents a human’s life: Innocence, discovery, ambition, false ideas, lies… This being slowly realizes that humanity is not virtuous.”

Gone are the days of folk metal and Viking metal. Valfreya invites listeners to embrace dark symphonies intertwined with tumultuous guitar riffs that will leave an indelible mark on their minds. “Dawn of Reckoning” promises to guide audiences through a journey of bitterness, nostalgia, and apocalyptic destruction, all set against a backdrop of cold nature and epic melodies.

Valfreya is a Canadian blackened death symphonic metal band hailing from Montreal. With a diverse discography that spans multiple genres, Valfreya continues to push the boundaries of metal music with its innovative sound and uncompromising vision. They are recommended for fans of Xaon, Fleshgod Apocalypse, and Carach Angren.

0 Canada’s The Blood Of Christ Releases Dark and Aggressive New Single “Oath Breaker” Off Upcoming EP “Sworn Trilogy”

  • April 16, 2024
  • by Asher
  • · Music News · The Blood of Christ

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – April 16, 2024

Canada’s The Blood Of Christ Releases Dark and Aggressive New Single “Oath Breaker” Off Upcoming EP “Sworn Trilogy”

Canada’s The Blood Of Christ is an Epic Dark Metal band that has been around since the early ‘90s. To date, they have released three full-length albums, and their new EP “Sworn Trilogy” is set to come out on April 23, 2024. The concept record tells a story about a man who, by means of his own cowardice in the face of oblivion, sentences his entire bloodline to commit evil acts on behalf of abyssal demons for all time. Ahead of the EP, to give fans of black and death metal a taste of what’s in store, they are releasing a lyric video for the single “Oath Breaker”, which they comment on:

“Oath Breaker was the last song we wrote for this trilogy and it might have just turned out to be one of our best yet. It has a lot of emotion and moods and resolves the trilogy in classic death metal, climaxing pit riff fashion. We have a feeling that this song will be a staple in our live set for several years to come and can’t wait to see the reaction to it.”

While the band’s influences favour the shocking approach with lyrical themes that were rampant with gore, Satanism, and often-abhorrent imagery, The Blood of Christ chose to focus on the more abstract and poetic subject matter. Their songs are often rife with human suffering, lust and longing, time travel, astrology, historical battles, and the human struggle for personal freedom. In “Oath Breaker” we see the protagonist flinging himself into the abyss, removing his own scourge from the earth and ending the curse his ancestors placed upon him.

The Blood of Christ’s brooding, unique, and crushing sound has made fans out of underground metal lovers from many genres, creating an appeal that defies genre borders.

Fiends who were raised on the sheer brutality and boundary-smashing efforts of Morbid Angel, or the pioneering and challenging progressive grind-core of Liverpudlian innovators Carcass, the epic and majestic sounds of Viking artisans Enslaved, or even the groove-laden proto-death of Brazilian legends Sepultura will find something rousing and engulfing within The Blood of Christ.

FOETAL JUICE Shares Bass Playthrough For “Gruesome” Off New Album “Grotesque” Out Now!

Unleashing their latest album “Grotesque” on Gore House Productions this past November, UK death grinders Foetal Juice have a new playthrough from bassist Lewis Bridges for the closing track “Gruesome”. In this song, the bass plays almost a solo over the intro riff where Lewis gets to flex his bass playing guns to the world.

Lews Bridges adds about the song:

“This one is where we have really experimented with a clean intro. This is something we have never done before but really enjoyed it when bands like Entombed have done it on albums. The clean intro is influenced by the film Lobster Man From Mars and we just thought it would be good to try a build a song up like that for one. After the intro we wanted it to go straight in as abrupt as we could make it. So, 6/8 blast it was. We wanted the song to be a sort of one after the intro but also make it incredibly groovy with skipping triplets on the guitars and a wandering bass. We are really happy with how this song turned out. “

Watch the bass playthrough for “Gruesome” via its premiere on Bass Musician Magazine HERE.

Foetal Juice’s sound is a melting pot of influences, ranging from death metal and grindcore to black metal, gore, groove, thrash, and even Enya. Their evolution as a band has brought new dimensions to their music, incorporating diverse elements while staying true to their death metal roots.

Notorious for their catalogue of unpleasantries and musical vulgarities, this album promises to be heavier, catchier, faster, and more aggressive than anything they’ve ever done before. It’s a relentless assault on the senses, and Foetal Juice is ready to claim its place in the annals of brutal death metal.

Recommended for fans of Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, and Vomitory, “Grotesque” is a relentless barrage of blast beats, horror and gore that will have you questioning your sanity.

Produced, mixed and mastered by Chris Fielding with the album artwork done by Misanthropic Art, “Grotesque” was released on November 17th, 2023 and is available from Gore House Productions at the following links:

“Grotesque is an absolute maelstrom of sound that is satisfyingly punchy, chugging and impactful. It makes you want to hear more.” – Metal Talk

“The main impact of the album is to shoot terrific amounts of voltage straight into your brainstorm, to pump hearts, to convulse muscles, and to suck the wind from your lungs. See for yourselves.” – NoCleanSinging

““Grotesque” by name and definitely by nature this is 40 minutes of joyously twisted groovy Death Metal with hooks for days… in a year of excellent Death Metal it can still go toe to toe with the best of the bunch. This Christmas give someone you love the gift of gore. 8.5/10” – Ever-Metal

“Foetal Juice are recognized for their twisted and brutal amplification of virtuosic and violent musical assault. The album continues, said callous, promising a cataclysmic symphony of ferocity… The track (“Legion of the Grotesque”) moves more like a macabre exploration of the consequences of excessive cosmetic surgery. Despite the grim themes, Foetal Juice’s technical skillset is evident, which enhances the grotesque subjects, similar to writing a horror film. Their music, a relentless blend of grind and death metal, is unapologetic sonic devastation, recommended fans of Vomitory, Napalm Death, and Terrorizer.” – Metal Insider

“In the 3 years since the release of Gluttony, and I must say you have really seen a huge growth from the band and Grotesque is an absolute monster record, well deserving of anyone who has an interest in the genre. It has enough of the hooks and grooves which will be of interest to your more casual death metal fan whilst remaining absolutely mean with a viscous twist for those with a more hardened ear towards the underground.” – The Razor’s Edge

“Grotesque is a stonker of a record, completely worth your time and a strong contender for album of the year. Foetal Juice have made a rod for their own back now, having to try and top this with their next record, which I already look forward to. For now, another few listens to Grotesque will more than tide me over. 10/10” – Musipedia Metal

“with their intense, careening style of chaos hitting the spot time after time. Like a bludgeoning mace to your consciousness, ‘Grotesque’ is one of the more distatefully straightforward pieces of extreme music you’ll hear this year, and it’s all the better for it. A killer effort.” – The Killchain

“Your eyes will water, your ears will bleed, your muscles will ache, your sphincter will tighten, your guts will churn, and you may even vomit. It’s fucking Foetal Juice and it’s fucking Grotesque. Never change you lovable noise-mongers.” – Games, Brrraiiins & A Headgbanging Life

0 NECRONOMICON EX MORTIS’ Love Holiday Video “My Bloody Valentine” Brings Back The Gory Days of Slashers, Raw Death And Wailing Solos!

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – February 13, 2024

NECRONOMICON EX MORTIS’ Love Holiday Video “My Bloody Valentine” Brings Back The Gory Days of Slashers, Raw Death And Wailing Solos!

Formed out of the love for classic death metal, 80s shred worship, and creating gory lyrics about B-horror movies, Chicago’s Necronomicon Ex Mortis unleashed two EPs in 2023, (Self-Titled – March 2023) and (Silver Bullet – August 2023). With roughly 69 fully written songs ready to go that are both terrifying and titillating, these horror fiends are previewing their first track of 2024 with a brutal tribute to Cupid.

Named after the 1981 film, “My Bloody Valentine”, takes you back to the gory glory days of slashers, early death metal, and screaming solos. The band is in full force delivering nothing short of a head-banging, neck-twisting, chest eviscerating bloody behemoth of a new tune.

Check out the video for “My Bloody Valentine” at https://youtu.be/3d7KVqNypuw

Digital – https://distrokid.com/hyperfollow/necronomiconexmortis/my-bloody-valentine-2

Necronomicon Ex Mortis was formed by guitarist Michael Nystrom Bala out of a desire to combine elements of death metal and a love for horror. After writing far too many songs, Michael contacted The Apocalyptic Sandwich of Doom members, guitarist Manuel Barbara, and bassist Yusuf Rashid to join his ambitious fright-slinging of a band. The three amigos then enlisted fellow Berklee Bros Craig Schmuhl and Joey Ferretti, on vocals and drums respectively. Apparently, they joined out of the holy terror of the devil’s music.

With two EPs unveiled, the quintet has more music in the works, they are back in the laboratory of a mad scientist, preparing songs for their 3rd release. In a few short months, there will be more tunes to haunt your dreams. Stay tuned for over-the-top guitar playing, a comfortable blending of old-school metal and modern techniques, and a touch of campy, dark humor. They hope to make you sleep with the lights on!

The band’s “Self-Titled” and “Silver Bullet” EPs can be heard at https://necronomiconexmortis.bandcamp.com

“From start to finish, it really is a head-spinner and a heart-pounder, and some of the most fun you can have with your clothes on (though you might need to strip down and dry off after the EP is done with you.). If it wasn’t clear already, it’s damned clear after Silver Bullet that Necronomicon Ex Mortis is “a band to watch”. And if these peoples really do have 69 more songs fully written, bring ’em on!” – No Clean Singing

“Necronomicon Ex Mortis Mix Shredding Death Metal and Horror On Silver Bullet… If I were to inform you of a band out there describing themselves as a ‘combination of ‘80s shred with ‘90s riffs all wrapped up in a cheesy B-horror movie’ chances are you’d excitedly inquire as to who this band is, after which I could start taking over/under bets on how quickly said horror-metal nerd collective would become one of your new favourites.” – Decibel Magazine

“Sit back and marvel at the eccentric sound of Necronomicon Ex Mortis as they take us on a wild, but brief journey of thrilling heaviness. Starting with a track about getting ripped apart by a giant undead ape called Crypt of the Gorilla God. It’s a thrashy and speedy opener that features some absolutely screaming guitar solos. An immediate example of the lovable nature of this EP and band. 8.5/10” – Games, Brrraaains & A Head-Banging Life

“A tale of primordial monsters living in the dark waters, “The Swamp” finds Necronomicon Ex Mortis at their storytelling finest, evolving a tale in classical fashion while having some moments in the guitar work that wouldn’t be out of place if they were written by Scott Carstairs for a Fallujah record. Somehow they have taken the bare bones that surround them and carved them intro intricate designs that leap between Metal sub-genres with death defying consummate ease. There is so much depth and texture than you’d usually expect to find in these songs… You have to wonder just how long it will be before these Gentlemen find themselves playing the Summer Slaughter Tour because that’s exactly where they should be [8.5/10]” – Metal Noise

“Necronomicon Ex Mortis combines elements of classic death metal, 80s shred worship, and gory lyrics about B-horror movies. This EP starts with Crypt of the Gorilla God, a track about getting ripped apart by a giant undead ape. It’s a thrashy and speedy opener that features some absolutely screaming guitar solos. Silver Bullet is raw but this band is worth keeping an eye on.” – WRIV 90.1F< (Burlington, VT)

“Necronomicon Ex Mortis have shown with Silver Bullet that they want to hit hard very quickly. The pieces are striking and make you want to discover more very quickly! We hope that the European public will respond to the call of the Americans and their desire to immerse us in horror stories worthy of the 80s. We wish them the best and we encourage you to dive into their universe!” – Sounding Shivers

“As EP’s it’s pitched just right in that it comes in and goes straight for the throat and doesn’t overstay its welcome. What will be interesting is to see what a full-length album will be like; can they sustain this level of quality for say ten songs? I’ll have to seek out their first release and compare, but for now this will satisfy those who love both death metal and 80’s horror. 7/10” – Musipedia of Metal

“Thrashy death metal with catchy groove” – The Mosh Pit 89.9 FM (Madison, WI)

“The fusion of Death Metal and shred is intriguing” – Amplified Magazin

“They make a death metal with classical influences and are obsessed with 80s horror films, a passion that is always to be shared.” – Metal Skunk

“if you want to hear guitar players that have spent time really learning their instruments and pouring their blood, sweat and tears into giving people metal that shows attention to detail, quality and songwriting, then you might be pleased by this band.” – Metal Bulletin

Unleashing their latest album “Grotesque” on Gore House Productions this past November, UK death grinders Foetal Juice have a new guitar playthrough for you to plough and brutalise the shred with. The fifth track on their latest full-length, “Two Bongs Don’t Make a Right” is a minute-and-a-half grind designed to be a good ending to side A of the band’s vinyl version.

The band adds:

“This is the shortest song on the album. The most Grindy song we have too. This kind of song always goes down really well live as well as on the record. It’s heavily influenced by Insect Warfare or Wormrot. The riff in the middle is also, in my opinion, one of the best riffs on the album. So, it’s a great one to watch for guitarists.”

Quebec’s BACKSTABBER Seeks Control With Music Video For “Harvesting The Weak”

New EP “Patterns of Domination” Out March 2024 – Mixed and Mastered by Christian Donaldson (Cryptopsy)

From the far reaches of Rouyn-Noranda in Northern Quebec, Canada, the brutal death metallers of Backstabber are set to dominate the metal scene with their latest EP, “Patterns of Domination”, to be released this coming March 2024 to follow their 2019 debut album “Conspiracy Theorist”. The EP is loosely based on James Redfield’s “The Celestine Prophecy”, and the theory of four patterns that serve as conduits for manipulating someone else’s attention and energy. The heavy topic is matched by vicious blast beats, gritty gutturals, and groovy solos. The first single off this new offering, “Harvesting The Weak”, presented now in video format takes a look at The Intimidator, as the band explains:

“It is the most brutal pattern; Intimidation. It hits you right in the face while teabagging your knocked-out sack of bones in front of your friends. We’re talking Death metal from old-school riffs to slamming brutal death.”

With a focus on a four-track concept EP, each song represents a specific pattern within the set, providing a brutal and unrelenting journey into Backstabber‘s musical prowess. The EP’s tracklist includes “Harvesting The Weak” (The Intimidator); “Langues Sales” (Poor Me); “Crawling Through Your Bones” (The Interrogator); and “Snitches Get Stitches” (The Aloof), the patterns that collectively form an endless cycle of consumption, shattering victims from the inside out.

Founded in 2012 as a solo project by Christian Thériault, Backstabber evolved into a full-fledged band in 2015, driven by a relentless thirst for angry metal and the need for vengeance. Backstabber‘s creative process is described as starting with a single guitar riff, be it played on a serene Sunday morning or cranked up on a Friday night.

Backstabber‘s sound, much like their lyrics, is dynamic and ever-evolving, promising an exciting musical journey for fans of extreme metal. “Harvesting The Weak” is recommended for fans of Revocation, Hypocrisy, and Kataklysm and can be seen and heard via its video premiere on TheCirclePit at https://youtu.be/FJFzTEdldKo

“Patterns of Domination” was produced by Backstabber vocalist/guitarist Christian M. Thériault and mixed and mastered by Christian Donaldson (Cryptopsy). The EP is due out on March 15, 2024, and available for pre-order at https://backstabbermetal.bandcamp.com.

Track Listing:
1. Harvesting The Weak (4:06)
2. Langues Sales (4:34)
3. Crawling Through Your Bones (5:03)
4. Snitches Get Stitches (5:46)
EP Length: 19:29

EP and Live Band Lineup:

What the press has said about Backstabber’s 2019 album “Conspiracy Theorist”:

“Powered by drumwork that resembles a ferocious mix of machine-gun and mortar fire, Backstabber mount the attack with flurries of vicious, seething riffery and nail-gunning jab-fests, with the lyrics voiced in heartless, imperious roars. The devastation is pushed to further heights of frenzy with a shrill, eerily spiraling solo, and concludes with a hint of off-planet mystery.” – No Clean Singing

“Out of northern Quebec comes the Men In Black, melodic death metal band Backstabber. Last year, these guys dropped their debut album Conspiracy Theorist and it still stands as one of the best albums of the year. Full of tinges of Hypocrisy from style and sound, to the obvious connection of alien themed lyrics. A little over a year later now, Backstabber are dropping a music video for their song “My Disclosure” and it’s essentially nothing you would expect from a small independent band only on their first album.” – Metal Injection

“Fast, frantic, politically minded and heavy” – Exclaim!

“Backstabber’s death metal is more of the modern variety (in a good way) with a very clean yet brutal sound and speed aplenty. The playing is insanely tight at times and it’s often hard to believe that this is only the first album of a relatively young band, their first demo having been released in 2016. Some passages are a little on the thrash side but for the most part, this is heavy, pounding, fast death metal driven by a drummer who is really asking for a speeding ticket. ” – 4/5 – The Metal Crypt

“The songs are heavy, and the death and thrash influences make for some fairly easy to get into head bobbing as each track progresses… Conspiracy Theorist is a solid beginning for Backstabber… Solid for those that want some new, well-rounded death metal.” – Dead Rhetoric

“Backstabber’s Conspiracy Theorist is a self-released album that makes one wonder how they haven’t been signed to any label yet… Backstabber have on their hands the first essential death metal release of 2019.” – 4/5 – Heavy Music HQ

“BACKSTABBER deliver aggressively systematic silver lining lacerations of rip-roaring screams of vengefully vicious old-school Death ‘N’ Thrash Metal professionalism – simply put – recommended.” – Metal-Temple

“The tracks that attracted my attention the most were ‘Ink Spill’, ‘My Disclosure’ and ‘Banksters’: continuing the old-school texture, these tracks, as well as the entire full-length, include no clean vocals nor breakdowns; all that is contained is substantial and complete death-thrash metal led on by a superb stream of undeniable thinking and design. Backstabber’s music can definitely be cherished over time by fans of Decapitated, At The Gates, Deicide and Hypocrisy as the band grows in following. This release shows glory in blending their musical layout with dynamic and spirited riffs.” – Metal-Rules

“Conspiracy Theorist has a real face crushing, devastatingly great death/thrash metal feel to it…” – Crannk

Montreal, QC – February 1, 2024

Gore House Prod. – Streaming Now! STAGES OF DECOMPOSITION Unleashes A Macabre New Album “Raptures of Psychopathy”

Since their highly acclaimed debut album “Piles of Rotting Flesh”, Stages Of Decomposition has been melting faces with their brand of sadistic, brutal death metal and touring consistently. They are ready to slay people sonically again with their new album “Raptures of Psychopathy”, a composition that is conceptualized by all things horror and will cater to fans of all things obscene and extreme. The band shares their excitement:

“We are beyond excited to finally have this long overdue full-length album out and ready for all our fan’s listening pleasure. It has been a long and gruelling process to get all this done but we are proud to have completed everything just the way we wanted. Raptures of Psychopathy is an album to capture the minds of the psychotic as anything in life we as humans all can relate to in one way or another but nonetheless, we are all still humans and have aggression that needs to be released. For us, it is through music and this album truly defines the raptures we receive when going through our psychopathies.”

Each of the eleven songs on “Raptures of Psychopathy” embodies a concept relative to the overall gory theme of the album. Stages of Decomposition likes to explore all facets of the general horror theme – from movies to serial killers, and events and deliver those stories with frantic riffs, inhumane drumming, and guttural vocals that will claw into them.

Dive into the minds of deranged serial killers as Stages of Decomposition offers a thought-provoking and alternative perspective. Due out on February 2, 2024, by Gore House Productions, “Raptures of Psychopathy” is recommended for anyone who enjoys slamming brutal death grind along with Kraanium, Suffocation, and Mortician.

The album can be heard via its full-stream premiere on MetalInsider HERE.

“On their new album Raptures of Psychopathy, Stages of Decomposition lean into the most violent and punishing aspects of their sound, and we have a prime example in the new album track we’re presenting today, along with a blood-spraying video… The song’s name is “Skid Row Slasher”. It’s based on true stories of serial killers, both of whom preyed on the homeless population of L.A…. The music is itself undeniably, and viciously, psychotic. The riffing is fast and frenzied, corrosive and cutting, and utterly crazed. The drums clatter at high speed, like automatic weaponry with a groove. The bass slugs like a heavyweight high on adrenaline. Equally rabid, the vocals expel raw guttural roars, crazed screams, and strangled gagging and gurgling excretions. It’s all macabre, and it’s all viscerally electrifying. But the band also make room for pulverizing slams capable of splitting concrete. It’s a kick to watch the band cut loose in the video, too, and of course there will be blood….” – No Clean Singing

“This is pure bang your head ‘till it pulps music. From growling guitars to smash the kit into pieces drumming, then snarling vocals, and a horror tinge (as we’ll see). It’s only right that they’re signed to Gorehouse Productions… Stages of Decomposition are tight, they can be felt as well as heard. The album (Piles of Rotting Flesh) is consistent with no weak moments. You will bleed, this will hurt. For proof check the official video below.” – Severed-Cinema

“It’s a brutal assault on your ears in the same style as bands like Cannibal Corpse.” – Games, Brrraaains & A Head-Banging Life (EP – Crawl Space Burial)

Unleashing their latest and sixth full-length “Kill.Bury.Repeat.” via Gore House Productions, Kansas City, USA’s Torn The Fuck Apart are treating fans to their latest video for the brutal track “Corrosive Form” via its premiere on Lambgoat HERE.

The band explains the track:

“Corrosive Form is a song about the disposal of a body through a chemical reaction. A song inspired by the serial killer John Robinson aka Slavemaster; a serial killer, con man, embezzler, kidnapper, and forger who was found guilty in 2003 for three murders committed in and around the Kansas City area. On a farm in Kansas, a task force found the decaying bodies of two women in two chemical drums. Across the state line in Missouri, investigators searched a storage facility where Robinson rented two garages. They found three similar chemical drums containing corpses.”

Torn The Fuck Apart (TTFA) has been amassing a brutal and gory discography since 2006 and now they continue their triumphant evolution as a three-piece powerhouse with their sixth release “Kill.Bury.Repeat.” that will bury listeners in a fury of death metal. Their sound features groove, aggression, and technicality layered with lyrics growling out themes of horror and homicide.

“A collection of horror stories from our imagination or inspired by true events, we believe our new album “Kill.Bury.Repeat.” represents the next level of brutality that we have worked to achieve over the years not only musically but also lyrically, something that any fan of metal can enjoy.” says the band.

TTFA‘s lineup consists of Michael Langner on guitars/vocals, Brandon Mitchell on bass/vocals, and Dylan Watt on drums/vocals. Notably, Langner and Mitchell also double as members of Troglodyte, while Watt remains active in Sedlec Ossuary. Over the years, their sound has matured and evolved, partly due to their refusal to limit musical influences, thus drawing inspiration from various metal subgenres and incorporating different styles into their music.

In essence, they sum up their sound simply as “death metal,” but their music offers a vivid and detailed portrait of the horrors of death, the cycle of rebirth, and humanity’s morbid fascination with these themes. Not ones to sit idly by, they are overflowing with creative ideas and ensure fans that there will be a continuous stream of death metal devastation in the coming months. They are recommended listening for fans of Suffocation, Cryptopsy, and Cannibal Corpse.

Brutal, gory, fast, and technical, “Kill.Bury.Repeat.” was released by Gore House Productions and is available on CD, Digital, and Vinyl at the following link – https://orcd.co/kill-bury-repeat

“The Kansas City-based band are known for a full-on, brutal approach, and this new track is no exception. This is the second single (A Statement of Malicious Intent) released from the anticipated full-length, and it proves the band are not slowing their roll at all, as it pummels through fast and furious.” – Decibel Magazine

“”If you’re just after some brutality and aggression, you’ll find it on ‘Kill.Bury.Repeat’ and you’ll be happy with it.” – Metal Underground

“Torn the Fuck Apart is one of the most unpretentious band names in extreme metal, and it’s also an example of “truth in advertising”: their music delivers what the name promises. Much the same could be said for this Kansas City’s band’s new album that’s due for release next month: Kill. Bury. Repeat.” – No Clean Singing

“The new full length sees the band trimming down to a trio from the quartet from which we last heard, and the result is ten songs which are lean, mean, and designed to punch a hole in your head like the blast from a 12 gauge shotgun. Unsurprisingly, the music is uncompromisingly aggressive, the lyrical content intense, and cover art suitably intimidating.” – The Pitch (Kansas City’s independent source for news and culture)

“If you’re into any sort of extreme metal, then you will love this. It’s got all sorts going on and I can hear shades of Obituary, Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Goatwhore and others. TTFK might be a trio but they make one hell of a noise and are as tight as a ducks butt. Death metal is in safe, but dangerous, hands with these guys and I’ll be sourcing their back catalogue ASAP.” – My Global Mind

“Classic brutal death metal, a little black metal vox, otherwise, a meaty cannibal corpse type sound” – The Moshpit – WORT 89.9 FM (Madison, WI)

“With grim and guttural intent, Torn the Fuck Apart take no prisoners here. Sticking rigidly to the brutal death metal formula, but also infusing the album with a level of horror that makes for a bloodcurdling listen.” – Games, Brrraaains & A Headbanging-Life

Death Metal is in safe, but dangerous, hands with these guys and I’ll be sourcing their back catalogue ASAP.” – Jace Media Music

“The title track is a collation of everything here and is an absolute cracker of how they can build songs that fit within the brutal genre without being one note. Great stuff. The later songs chart similar paths but album closer sees them go full tilt with Scratch the Bone which is just storming. That tightness, the changing modes just deliver one of the best metal songs of 2023. This and the title track represent a high watermark, and they should be proud of them, just total quality… They have achieved what they set out to do, raising their game in order to move forward and sit at the table with the likes of Dying Fetus et al.” 4/5″ – Metal Epidemic

“TTFA’s musical technique is undeniable” – Amplified Magazin

“With a band name and album title like that, of course it’s some brutal death metal. I’ll tell you what, it goes hard for it’s 40+ minutes, too. Heck, even the mixing is in-your-face, with everything feeling like it’s turned up to 11 and right there at the front. If I’ve written those in a way that make them sound like bad things, they aren’t at all. I surprisingly liked this album way more than I thought I would! There are a lot of fantastic riffs throughout, and the low growls are really impressive… I’d LOVE to see these tracks live and if anyone’s into this sort of music you’ll love it!” – Overtone Magazine
