Formed in 2009 in Regina, Canada, Kelevra continues to supply a serious dose of progressive metal to the masses. Since releasing their debut EP “Overthrown” in 2013, and follow-up EP entitled “Lividity” in 2016, the band has developed a loyal, local fan base, and continues to spread the noise outside of their prairie hometown. Their third album “Oneiric” is set for release on March 8, 2024, and it takes us through some of Kelevra’s best work to date – thoroughly aggressive yet at times epic and heartfelt. They are unveiling the album artwork along with the opportunity to pre-order to get fans ready for engaging lyrics, powerful riffs, and dynamic time signatures. The band shares what listeners can look forward to:

“Every track on the album contributes to a very unique product overall that is hard to categorize within a specific metal subgenre. The album is very heavy-hitting, while still incorporating catchy melodies and epic mellow passages. We think fans will take interest in the constant change of pace and will continue to look forward to each and every riff.”

With this album, which was both deliberate and coincidental in the writing process, Kelevra will be providing listeners with an experience that leaves them on the edge of their seats. Each song is crafted to take the listener on a progressive metal journey from beginning to end. Despite each song being very unique from the rest, together the tracklist presents itself as a cohesive and complete package.

The entire Kelevra catalog, especially the songs found on “Oneiric”, feature distinct and significant contributions from every member of the band. This dynamic has introduced three unique styles of lyricism, some songs express personal battles and experiences, while others demonstrate fictional and non-fictional storytelling. “Oneiric” is not a concept album by any means, but each song was written with the other songs in mind to ensure there is a consistent sound and message from front to back. Recommended for anyone who enjoys adventurous and progressive metal, Kelevra is best suited for fans of Threat Signal, Chimaira, and Lamb of God.

The band will be unleashing their first single “The Distance” accompanied by a music video in the coming week and fans can a sneak peek via its teaser at https://youtu.be/JSY73r2ATm4

Running on the strong momentum of their sophomore album “From the Ashes” released during April 2023, along with multiple cross-Canada tours and a performance at Loud As Hell festival, Edmonton’s Fall Of Earth is unveiling their latest music video for the track “The Dead and The Soon To Be”.

“We are very proud to present the official video for “The Dead and The Soon To Be”, from our latest album “From The Ashes”. Ever since its conception, this has been one of our favourite tracks and a live staple for us. We were thrilled to have had the opportunity to capture the essence of this track by working with videographer Derek Kovacevic. As the song is about life being short and unfortunate with most people throwing it away before it’s too late, the comedic approach to this video was appreciated by all of us as we all need to enjoy the little things in life.” adds the band.

Watch the video for “The Dead and The Soon To Be” via its premiere on Bravewords HERE.

Fall of Earth has embraced labeling itself as “Hybrid Metal”, as its sound is a contagious mélange of genres, that is continuously being refined. The primary elements come from progressive, death, and thrash, and over time, they find a lot of their tracks becoming longer, more epic, and more dynamic becoming more melodic and groove-oriented, as well as utilizing a healthy balance between heavy sections and clean sections. The latest iteration of the Canadian quartet can be experienced with their recently released sophomore album “From the Ashes”.

Since writing this second album, Fall OF Earth says that they have a better understanding of what they want their music to become and where to steer the direction of their future works. All across the board, their lyrics come from a very personal place and hold a serious connotation.

Creative, unpredictable, and melodic, with a wide variety of influences, Fall Of Earth offers a little bit of something for everyone.

“Fresh Tracks: Fall of Earth offers a smorgasboard of metal on From the Ashes… What if a band took numerous metal genres and combined them to form a monstrous kaiju ? This is the modus operandi of Edmonton’s Fall of Earth. Known more succinctly as “hybrid metal,” Fall of Earth’s sound encompasses death, thrash, progressive, metalcore; you name it, they have it cranked to 11″ – Edmonton Journal

“From the Ashes is an impressive album that showcases Fall of Earth’s growth as musicians and their ability to create powerful, impactful music. The band’s unique sound and technical skill are on full display, and Rye’s vocals are a standout feature throughout the album. From the Ashes is a must-listen for any Metal fan, and Fall of Earth is a band to keep an eye on in the future. Look for them on tour in Canada and many other places.” – Metal Express Radio

“A young and rising Canadian Progressive Death Metal and Metalcore act will attack your senses mercilessly with their incendiary and very personal sophomore album.” – The Headbanging Moose

“A young and rising band from Edmonton kicked some ass armed with their Progressive Death Metal and Metalcore where rock will never die in Toronto last night…. if they’re playing in your city anytime soon don’t miss the chance to watch one of the most promising names from the Canadian Prairies.” – Headbanging Moose (Live Review – June 18, 2023 – Toronto – The Rockpile)

“Whether you see them on stage on the screen, Fall of Earth is truly a force of nature and if you’re looking for one of Canada’s next big metal bands right before they blow up, look no further!” – Dropout Ent. (Live Review – Toronto – June 2023)

“It is an extreme variety of the form we get here, and one that at the core level is defined by seamless transitions between extreme metal, thrash metal and power metal. But in between we also get quirkier parts more aligned with progressive metal, and more interestingly from a progressive point of view we also get a liberal array of acoustic and semi-acoustic passages and interludes with a more delicate and atmospheric laden style, form and orientation. The vocals come with the same amount of versatility, with harsh and melodic lead vocals being the main forms used. A production to seek out by those with an interest in a powerful and vibrant variety of extreme progressive metal expanded with a liberal array of delicate and atmospheric laden interludes.” – Progressor

“Progressive metal, with a bit of a tech death thing going on. clean and harsh vox. cool stuff” – WORT 89.9 FM (Madison, WI)

“The nine songs present some real diversity in the genre by embracing several different approaches” – Metal Temple

“Listen to Fall of Earth lead singer Alex Rye belt out the title track of the metal band’s sophomore album, From the Ashes, and you’d swear it was Beelzebub himself growling and grunting from the bowls of hell. Then hear Rye’s speak over the phone. No demonic images whatsoever. Just the sound of a well-spoken young man sporting a velvety voice that would be right at home accompanying a mainstream ad plugging the latest in SUVs.” – Sault Star (Sault Ste. Marie, ON)

“Fall of Earth coming to Victoria – Hybrid metal is sure to electrify the crowds… To say Fall of Earth is a work in progress is anything but a negative review of this immensely talented group of musicians.” – Monday Magazine (Victoria, BC)

“a mélange of genres with elements of progressive, death, and thrash.” – Penticton Western News (Penticton, BC)

“hybrid-metal heroes… It’s not your average Canadian band that can secure opening-support slots for popular American extreme-metal acts as Metal Blade recording artists Allegaeon, but then again Fall of Earth is certainly not your average Canadian band.” – E-Know (Cranbrook, BC)

“For Edmonton’s Fall of Earth, the Road to Purgatory is one that they’ve decided will take them across the country.” – Barrie Today (Barrie, ON)

STRIKER’s New Music Video Captures ’80s Saxophone Metal At Its Best!

Remember the glory days of the ’80s…. and the world’s most jacked and shirtless saxophone player Tim Cappello (Tina Turner, 1987 vampire film The Lost Boys)…? Well, the shred masters in Striker have resurrected that nostalgic sound from those iconic years with their saxophone mashup track “Give It All” beautifully wrapped up in a retro-fitting music video that can be viewed below.

“‘Give it All’ is a song written for the soundtrack of an 80s action movie that doesn’t exist. It’s for the kid risking it all to win the big game, or the down-and-out cop that’s gotta push it to the limit to survive.” adds the band.

Watch the video for “Give It All” at https://youtu.be/jRKsJp49Lwc

Spotify – https://spoti.fi/48z6X2b

This latest single from Striker is off their forthcoming new album “ULTRAPOWER” produced with Josh Schroeder (Lorna Shore, Tallah, King 810) and due out on February 2, 2024. The seventh full-length from Striker follows their Juno Award-winning self-released record “Play to Win” (2018) unleashed on their label Record Breaking Records and features the band’s latest lineup addition of long-time friend and guitarist John Simon Fallon (The Order of Chaos).

With the band writing material since 2018, “ULTRAPOWER” is a collection of Striker tinkering and exploring new avenues. From the album’s opening track “Circle of Evil”, a Malmsteen-esque metal banger about secret societies and the evil dealings behind closed doors to their previously released single “BEST of the BEST of the BEST” serving up some big riffs and hockey arena vocals to “Blood Magic”, which might be one of Striker‘s most progressive songs, taking cues from bands like King Diamond, with its unconventional structure and punctuated guitar solos. From the band delving into their obsession for late 80s AOR and pop rock with “City Calling”, an ode to 1987, and bands like Toto and Kenny Loggins with their hook-powered albums. To fans experiencing the band’s first attempt at a synth-wave track with “Live to Fight Another Day”, this new offering sees Striker making a shredding love letter to the hard-rocking era of guilty pleasures.

The band comments on the upcoming album:

“Starting with the album cover, we wanted the artwork to represent how we feel as a band right now. We are an engine that is fired up and ready to roll. We’re made of metal and our circuits gleam! The album itself is an amalgamation of 5 years of writing and exploring music. With influences from AOR to Speed Metal, Hardcore to Hair Metal, Steely Dan to Deathcore, you name it, it made its way into the album. In the end with the help of Josh Schroeder’s guiding hand, we melted it all together to present something uniquely Striker. Lyrically we’ve stuck to the Striker tradition of writing montage songs for movies that don’t exist, songs about our spiraling serfdom, and lyrics about the evils that lurk in the shadows.”

About: Blending classic heavy metal, hard rock, and 80’s hair metal, Striker has been making shredtacular anthems since 2007. The band has toured multiple times across Europe and North America along with festival appearances at 70,000 Tons of Metal, Bang Your Head Festival (Germany), and more to add to the almost 1000 shows performed in their decade-plus career. The band has been honoured with multiple Best Album awards in their home country of Canada from the JUNO Awards, Western Canadian Music Awards, and the Edmonton Music Awards. Since their inception, Striker has released six studio albums Eyes in the Night (2010, Iron Kodex), Armed to The Teeth (2012, Napalm), City of Gold (2014, Napalm), Stand in the Fire (2016, Record Breaking), Striker (2017, Record Breaking), and Play to Win (2018, Record Breaking).

“Play to Win, which might be their most balanced effort yet. It’s their most catchy, too: the likelihood you’ll be singing along with every song before they finish is very, very high.” – Metal Sucks

“expertly combined killer arena rock choruses with well-done, cleaner verses.” – Metal Injection

“Six albums in six years. That is something almost unheard of, even in the modern era of production that considerably lessens the time needed to record and mix albums. Striker always seems to provide a new album right around when I start to wonder, “Hey, I wonder what Striker is up to?”. PLAY TO WIN is the band’s 6th LP and to my ears, one of their best. Rest assured, the band has not altered their sound. This is still classic metal, mixed with modern elements that continues to leave all pretenders in a cloud of choking dust.” – Metal Rules

“You can hear influences ranging from Dokken to Metallica on Play to Win, and it’s all done with masterful songwriting, performances and production. This is a slick, aggressively-mixed record that drips with excitement and replayability… Striker have produced their best record since City of Gold, and all fans of straight-up hard rock and metal need to own this album.” – Heavy Music HQ

“Striker have knocked this one out of the park and into the stratosphere. You’d be hard-pressed to find a catchier slice of fine cheddar this year, and I’d highly recommend it.” – New Noise Mag

“STRIKER have done it again. They hath given unto thee one monster of a metal album that simply begs to be put on REPEAT.” – Amps And Green Screens

““Catchy choruses, well-crafted riffs and squealing solos are woven throughout… Play to Win is another solid effort from Striker.” – The Metal Crypt

“Striker gush with so much enthusiasm here, with explosive riffs swirling between the vibrant harmonies and choruses, that it’s hard not to notice…Tracks like “Former Glory” and “Born to Lose” are anthemic, catchy as hell and feature soaring vocals from Dan Cleary and terrific guitar work by Tim Brown…On Striker, the band take a host of influences and hone them into a sound they can call their own.” – Exclaim!

“From the first storm-summoning power chord on the opener Former Glory, Striker (CAN) proves their new album’s initial claim of not dwelling on the past, a high and appropriate cry of “Yeah, I’m back again!”… If you haven’t witnessed this inspiring resurrection of classic metal, the band plays Friday, April 14 at Starlite with Ravenous and Tylor Dory Trio, no doubt sharpened from the faithful overseas audiences.” – Edmonton Journal

Wacken Metal Battle Canada Champs STRIGAMPIRE’s New Music Video “Brave The Tempest” Is A Dark Energetic Death Metal Force

New Album “All To Dominate” Out Now!

Produced by Christian Donaldson (Cryptopsy)

L-R – (Back row) James Foster / Drums – BadGuy P / Bass (Front row) – Steve DC / Vocals – Willy Thousand / Guitars – Johnny Dead / Guitars

The future looks incredibly promising for Canadian metal act Strigampire, who has just recently released their third album “All To Dominate” in December. This comes after they played the monolithic Wacken Festival this past summer, a spot they earned as the 2023 Canadian Wacken Metal Battle champs. The record is a musical explosion that straddles the line between death metal and black metal, and the newest single “Brave The Tempest”, is a melancholic track that offers melodic introspection. Vocalist Steve DC shares his thoughts:

“In the final track of the album, I share my perspective on the importance of being attentive to external signs that indicate the need for a change in order to achieve inner well-being. There is a slower-paced refrain, tinged with melancholy, where hope and determination linger. This song encourages us to rise up and confront life with a determined attitude. I quickly got to the refrain to explain why, in my opinion, it’s our ballad, but in reality, the song is very energetic and mainly composed of catchy riffs.”

Watch the music video for “Brave The Tempest” via its premiere on Lambgoat HERE.

Compared to their previous releases, Strigampire has maintained a similar recipe while also reinventing themselves a bit. Some songs have a more black metal style, others lean towards rock; some are highly aggressive, while others are more melodic and tempered. Even though it remains melodic and has nothing to do with mathcore or technical death metal, we showcase each member’s musical skills through frantic guitar solos and high-energy drum rhythms.

Get ready to be transported into a whirlwind of raw energy and incendiary riffs because the best is yet to come for this exceptional band. Released on December 15, 2023, “All To Dominate” is recommended for fans of Cradle Of Filth, Dark Tranquillity, and Children Of Bodom.

“Feverishly jittery riffing, a booming low-end pulse, and bestial snarls build anticipation for what’s to come, and what comes is a rushing phalanx of jolting grooves, slashing and searing chords, riotously swirling leads, and scorch-the-earth vocals. The song (Sold Our Soul) hammers the pulse, and there’s abundant devilry in it too, as well as near-sung gang yells, tumbling percussive fills, deliriously exultant soloing that soars to screaming heights — and a break for a beer. But there’s a kind of mystical melodic line that also slithers through the heavy metal exultation until the soloing rockets it high.” – NoCleanSinging

“Hailing from Trois-Riviers, Quebec, Strigampire were this year’s Canadian Wacken Battle winners. So, belated congrats to them for that. The second feather in this year’s successful cap has been added with the forthcoming release of their latest and third full length, All to Dominate. Weaving in a variety of extreme styles under a banner of extensive melodic crafting and the sense that they are the life of any party they RSVP to, Strigampire (the name is a combination of the Italian word for “witch” and the English word for “vampire”) offers up a seat on a carousel powered by rapid fire compositions, shredding guitars and a vocalist who’d just as tickle your funny bone as bounce a hammer off it. Think Children of Bodom, Arch Enemy, At the Gates, Dimmu Borgir and Cradle of Filth.” – Decibel Magazine

“Huit albums métal à découvrir en décembre…. Strigampire All To Dominate” – Thorium Magazine

“This has a bit of a Children of Bodom vibe, melodic, keyboardy, catchy and heavy thrashy too.” – The Mosh Pit – WORT 89.9 FM (Madison, WI)

“Five years beyond the last album One Fix, Nine Clouds & Six Feet Deep, Strigampire appeals to a great cross-section of underground (and above) metalheads through the work present on All to Dominate. Prepare to be devastated in a firestorm and crawl out in survival mode to these songs – as the future looks quite bright for these musicians. 8.5/10” – Ded Rhetoric

“”All To Dominate” is a solid release, especially for fans of Dark Tranquility and At The Gates.” – Amplified-Magazin

“All in all, the new STRIGAMPIRE silver disc still impressively underlines why the five-piece won the preliminary decision for the Wacken Metal Battle Canada. With their mix of melodic black and death metal, which is driven forward by a very pronounced rock DNA, the Canadians have a very unique mix of styles with them…. you have to put the quintet on your musical notepad for the future. 8/10” – PowerMetal.de

“For a band hovering in the darker sides of metal, the songs are surprisingly upbeat. It’s often the vocals that sound the darkest and more extreme—here we have a cross between melodic death growls and black metal screeches. The songs are fast and melodic, and I found it very hard to sit still while listening to them as they all, without exception, just get you going —prepare for intense headbanging, air guitaring, maybe trying to sing along, or at the very least get the foot tapping. My favourite song is “Sold Our Soul”; the beginning always makes me stop whatever I’m doing, and then it’s just headbanging frenzy. The songs have kind of a European power metal energy to them: fast (I’ve said that), heavy, pounding, and very catchy. If they used cleaner vocals, I wouldn’t be surprised if heavy/power metallers who don’t mind harsher, rougher music would get into this, though I would advise the band not to try that—the vocal style is a perfect match for their music. The album ends with a cover of AC/DC’s “T.N.T.”, probably my second favourite (as of this writing) as it is an excellent cover of that classic song. The vocals here are different, a good hybrid of the harsh style and that of Bon Scott’s—definitely interesting, and the band’s rendition of the song is fucking excellent. I think Bon Scott would approve… Fucking good stuff, and no wonder they won that Wacken contest with such quality material. 4.75/5″ – The Metal Crypt

Unleashing their thrash madness this past September on Exitus Stratagem Records with their latest EP “Below The Summit”, Israel’s Sinnery was forced to take down the music as war broke out. Ready to re-upload their latest headbangers, the band announces that thrash fans can rejoice as the music is now back on all digital platforms as of January 16th, 2024 along with it being available on CD and Vinyl.

Spotify – https://spoti.fi/3vEGZfb

Apple Music – https://apple.co/3ShenRN

Vinyl – https://bit.ly/48xO9jQ

CD – https://bit.ly/3TUPKM8

The EP picks up where Sinnery‘s 2022 album “Black Bile” left off, continuing their self-actualization journey through searing guitar work, pummeling basslines, and vocals that cut through like a razor. “Below the Summit” is a very fast-paced piece of music where a lot is happening all at once. It’s a journey further into the minds of Sinnery, the music and lyrics are a barrage of exactly what they feel in the most authentic and exaggerated way pummeling the listener with a wall of intensity. It is a very human experience that has been etched into this recording, detailing the strange times we are currently living through. The band comments:

“This record marks another important milestone in our lives and careers as we continue to explore further and expand the horizons of what Sinnery’s music can be. We put a lot of thought and effort into Below The Summit to try and get everything we can into it. We sat for hours producing it and sharpening every riff or word in it to make it an experience like we never did before. BTS is a moment in time when we didn’t know exactly how things will turn out for us, we were isolated in our homes when we began writing this, sharing ideas from afar. It was a special experience for us to write this record like this and we feel like we really put that into it.”

On this EP, Sinnery introduces new drummer Liam Fine who has written and recorded on the EP all while learning the band’s older material. In just four months Liam learned 19 songs and wrote four more. Doing so much all at once is probably the most “Sinnery” thing that could have happened to anyone joining in.

“Below the Summit” was mixed and mastered by Arie Aranovich and the album artwork was done by Xul1349 and inspired by a famous Japanese painting called “Thunderstorm Beneath The Summit” by legendary artist Katsushika Hokusai. The EP is recommended for fans of Sylosis, Metallica, and Power Trip.

“Fans of Kreator, Testament, The Haunted, Nuclear Assault and Exodus hopefully gathered ‘round and checked the band out, if not because they deliver thrash with passionate fierceness and frantic ferocity, but because it’s always interesting to check out what’s emerging from smaller and more obscure metal scenes from other corners of the globe.” – Decibel Magazine

“As we’ve come to expect from Sinnery, the EP is an electrifying high-speed romp, packed to the brim with blistering and bludgeoning drumwork, earth-moving bass-lines, blazing and eviscerating riffage, and strikingly intense vocals that manifest in different ways, from hardcore screaming to death metal roars and wrenching singing. But, also as expected, Sinnery switch things up as they fly. The opener “Somber“, for example, is a full-throttle and heavy-grooved assault, and a great example of Sinnery‘s incendiary intensity, but when the tremolo’d riffing and glittering lead-work take a bleak and even anguished turn, you understand the song’s name. It’s also a vivid example of why no one who’s heard Sinnery would ever brand them as “party thrash”. There’s too much passion in the music that’s born of difficulty and dismay.” – No Clean Singing

“the Israeli thrashers continue to slash open skin with voracious riffs and terrorising intensity on all fronts, even if one of the tracks is a very short interlude piece. ‘Somber ‘ smashes into the listener with full force vitriol ,super aggressive vocals, and that sense of nihilistic violence. The short fade-in to ‘An Ode (Knife Of Erato)’ gives you about five seconds breathing space before the song lacerates with acerbic riffing and caustic vocals. There is a brief semi-acoustic segment which leads into a tuneful bridging riff that I really like here and the EP spits out ‘Share This’ after the short interlude. Its incendiary attack is typical of the band’s wrathful intent and the EP closes with a very different tune called ‘Serene’. Its calm start leads into a slower riff where the far more casual and melodic approach is still balanced by harsh vocals which may indicate the direction the band will be going in future. 8/10” – Powerplay Magazine UK

“Israel’s Sinnery sound like they’d have been more at home in the New Wave Of American Heavy Metal. This mixes the best of 2000s metal core and latter-day Trivium across four high-adrenaline tracks.” – Metal Hammer UK

“the EP offers the finest Thrash Metal a la Trivium, Power Trip or Gojira. Every song pushes hard, backed up with Death Metal-like screams and plenty of tempo. A foretaste of a hopefully forthcoming album. I give it 8 out of 10 Hellfire points” – Hellfire Magazin

“”Sinnery’s “Below The Summit” is a solid concentrate of uncompromising Thrash, ready to destroy everything in its path. 4/5″ – Music Waves

“After their 2022 album ‘Black Bile’ this is a welcome return and is showing that Sinnery have got the talent to become bigger. Let’s hope for another full album soon. If it’s anything like this it will be special. 8/10” – My Global Mind

“Sinnery know how to go hard and deliver a crashing and banging level of thrash noise, with this EP serving as mighty example of that. Five tracks of dazzling speed, frenetic riffs, and pounding drums, all while the vocals roar and shout with pointed aggression. If you’re not head banging like crazy to the opening track Somber, there might be something wrong with you.” – Games Brrraaains & Headbanging-Life

“Comparisons have been drawn with Trivium and Power Trip, but it’s to Sinnery’s credit that they sound like no one but themselves, they’ve developed a signature sound that melds death and thrash to great effect, and Below The Summit finds Sinnery rising majestically.” – Devolution Magazine

“Those who live for a great amalgamation across the progressive, extreme, modern, and thrash genres may find Sinnery with Below the Summit very intriguing. A good teaser for what could be a blockbuster third album if these gentlemen push themselves into the right live show/festival action.” – Dead Rhetoric

“Only a year following the sludgy death-thrash Black Bile record, this new EP brings even greater amounts of energy and aggression.” – Metal Has No Borders (Album of the Month (Honorable Mentions))

“Full of passion, energy, and commitment, Sinnery have produced a fine EP which they can be rightly proud of.” – Ever-Metal

0 Moncton’s OMNIVIDE’s Debut Progressive Album “A Tale of Fire” Makes An Impressive Introduction With “Holy Killer”

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – January 16, 2024

Moncton’s OMNIVIDE’s Debut Progressive Album “A Tale of Fire” Makes An Impressive Introduction With “Holy Killer”

Debut Full-Length “A Tale Of Fire” Out March 22, 2024

In 2020, Moncton, Canada’s progressive metal band Omnivide emerged from the remnants of the Opeth Tribute project called Sunbird. Seeking to move beyond paying homage to their influences, they dedicated themselves to crafting a unique sound all their own. The results of this hard work are being presented this spring with their debut album “A Tale of Fire”, which balances heavy, technical, and symphonic elements in a cohesive and intriguing progressive package. The first single, “Holy Killer” was one of the first tracks written as a band and it makes sense that it is the initial introduction many will have to Omnivide. The band explains:

“This song was written early in the album-making process and was one of those songs that helped us define our sound. The song tells the story of a man who has done terrible deeds in his lifetime in the name of the deities he worships, expecting a place amongst those deities in the afterlife. The song reflects this dark theme melodically, being composed of dark, grandiose sections and more brutal, in-your-face riffing that illustrate the various stages of this story.“

Watch and listen to “Holy Killer” via its lyric video premiere on TheCirclePit at https://youtu.be/gwIYIHQK_i0

Single pre-save (Spotify) – https://distrokid.com/hyperfollow/omnivide/holy-killer

With this album, Omnivide is trying to provide a musical journey that people can listen through from start to finish while remaining engaged. The highs and lows in intensity and the various emotional tones of the songs, which range from dark and brutal to emotional and beautiful, provide contrasts that keep things interesting and moving.

Omnivide wants listeners to feel the pure excitement and energy of their heavier sections, moments later vibe to a beautiful clean section, and the compounding effect of those contrasting parts resulting in a unique experience that is deeply satisfying and rewarding musically. Suitable for a wide range of metalheads, “A Tale of Fire” is most recommended for fans of Obscura, The Black Dahlia Murder, and Opeth.

Due out on March 22, 2024, “A Tale of Fire” is available for album pre-save at https://linktr.ee/omnivide.

METAL DE FACTO Unveils “Rise Amaterasu” Off New Album “Land Of The Rising Sun Part. 1” Out Feb 2024

Exploding onto the metal scene in 2019, Finnish power metal band Metal De Facto made their debut with “Imperium Romanum”, a full-length with a theme-driven collection of songs about Ancient Rome that was bombastically nostalgic old-school power metal. These fresh but familiar songs quickly caught the attention of metal listeners worldwide, notably with the first single ‘¨The Conqueror’ amassing over 200,000 video views and over 600,000 streams on various streaming platforms.

In early 2020, the band held their first headlining show in Helsinki, which attracted fans from all over the world to attend the show in a packed On the Rocks club. This success quickly led the band to continue performing live, opening for prime moving metal bands Ensiferum and Beast in Black.

Consisting of guitarists Esa Orjatsalo (ex Dreamtale) and Mikko Salovaara (Kiuas), bassist Sami Hinkka (Ensiferum, ssSHhh), keyboardist Benji Klint-Connelly (Everfrost) and drummer Atte Marttinen (ex Kivimetsän Druidi). It was announced however in 2022 that former vocalist Mikael Salo (ex Thy Row, ex Dyecrest) would no longer be the band’s singer. On the same day, the band’s new vocalist Aitor Arrastia hailing from Spain was announced along with the announcement of the band’s upcoming second full-length album, “Land of the Rising Sun Part 1.” The album will be the first of two parts, themed after Japanese culture.

With robust and resonant tunes, the track captures the core of the band’s celebrated style. 0 Rockshots Records – LAST IN TIME’s Debut Album “Too Late” Out Now!

  • January 12, 2024
  • by Asher
  • · Last In Time (Rockshots Records) · Music News

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – January 12, 2024

Rockshots Records – LAST IN TIME’s Debut Album “Too Late” Out Now!

Italy’s Last In Time‘s debut album “Too Late” is now available from Rockshots Records as of January 12th, 2024. Inviting fans to experience a journey through various musical influences. “Too Late” is a rock album that combines the melody of AOR, the power of hard rock and metal, with a nod to 90s progressive rock. From the first track to the last, every song exudes energy and emotions, making it impossible to stand still in front of the speakers. The roaring guitars, powerful rhythm section, and charismatic vocals of the frontmen give each track an unmistakable authenticity and intensity. The musical diversions and sonic settings showcase a band that is not afraid to push beyond its limits and explore new sounds, without ever losing the essence of their vibrant rock.

Guitarist Massimo Marchetti comments on the debut:

“Finally, the long-awaited moment has arrived! We couldn’t be happier to present our first album “Too Late” to the whole world, in collaboration with Rockshots Records, of which we are truly proud to be a part. From the very first listen, it’s clear that we, as a band want to present ourselves with a level of maturity and confidence in its sound. We will do everything possible to earn the respect of fans with this record and our future live performances.”

Last in Time is a project that was formed in 2021 as a studio band, intending to record original songs in the melodic and classic rock/AOR genre. Leading the project is Massimo Marchetti, the songwriter, producer, and arranger of the group’s songs. The project has a diverse lineup (listed below), as it was managed as an All-star band, to ensure that each song had the right artistic touch. The ability to have multiple voices, including a female voice, greatly expanded the compositional proposal of the songs, allowing for a range of genres and nuances.

However, the group’s sound, while diverse, remains anchored to a common thread, which is a passion for classic rock in its various forms. The presence of experienced and motivated musicians made the album recording process a wonderful journey, which will continue with live sessions and the start of a true project focused on recording more albums in the future.

Recommended for fans of Toto, Whitesnake, Deep Purple, Symphony X, Trans Siberian Orchestra, and Savatage, Last In Time‘s debut album “Too Late” is available now at https://bfan.link/too-late-8
