About:      Fusing classic hardcore with infectious melodies, Lucid Skies bring aggression and stage banter that invites the crowd to become a part of the performance. Since their 2009 formation they have shared the stage with Fall City Fall, Blind Witness, Fall In Archaea, and Breaking Fourth Wall.

Their enticing vocals combined with melodic riffs allude to metal godfathers; Hatebreed (lyrically, vocally, and melodically) while sticking to their hardcore influences (Comeback Kid, Holly Springs Disaster). Instrumentally, Lucid Skies draws from d-beats, breakbeats, and breakdowns. Their EP ‘Hounds’ is peppered with chugging bass lines and complimented by rhythmic guitar arrangements.

Their origin of Lucid Skies is simple: Jesse Berger kick-started the process for collecting members and establishing a sound for the band in Edmonton in 2009. Soon after, Berger recruited Nick Ogden to enhance the overall aggression and build their signature sound. Many of the members would frequent Avenue Theatre (formerly Avenue Skatepark) and attend local and touring hardcore and metalcore shows. It seemed it was only a matter of time before Sam Jackson (Bass), was bullied by the band to join, and soon followed after by Justin Smith (drums) as the final member for Lucid Skies.

“’Rejected Atrocity’ is a song that hit me like a bull: there is the thrash energy, the aggressiveness of blackened death, and a ton of guitar riffs that make you want to bang your head against the wall…For all fans of Revocation, Skeletonwitch and Havok, you’ll find in this new band something to please you. Crank it up!” – Metal Made In Canada

“Oh how I love blackened thrash metal. Endless Chaos comes from Winnipeg, Manitoba and bring you exactly what their name describes…Check out their debut ep ‘Rejected Atrocity’ and prepare your head for some serious banging.” – Metal Horizons

“Wow, what a gem!!..these dudes are playing heavy as balls. What an unbelievable blend of thrash/death/melodic/black metal going on here; it is so hard to make that all work together continuously, but Endless Chaos seem to have it down to a science. It’s hard also to believe that this is their debut, I’m honestly floored at how tight and brutal this band is.” – Counter Culture Nerd

“Endless Chaos has definitely piqued my curiosity. If the three songs on this EP are any indication of what we are to expect on a full length release, then I am chomping at the bit for this. Even better is the fact that the songs were inspired by the horror film classic Re-Animator, so what’s not to like about this.” – Horror Metal Sounds

“Excellent musicianship and writing create a jam packed EP that is enjoyable from start to finish.” – Emurg

“Rejected Atrocity is a success; instantly accessible and highly appealing to any thrash or death metal connoisseur.” – RocknReel Reviews

“Rejected Atrocity EP is just exceptional, a must have impressive and towering debut to inject real excitement into the world of metal. It sparks, without reserve, the belief that Endless Chaos will be not only a prolifically important joy ahead but one which will help take thrash, death, and metal itself into new mouthwatering realms.” – Ring Master Reviews

“…death thrash songs rife with riffs which pummel you senseless and melodic solos. The sound is clear, yet full. So, you get a good idea what these gentlemen are capable of. I wonder how the band will develop from here on. This first acquaintance was a very promising one for me.” – Lords of Metal

““Condemned to the Pit” I’d say is also my favourite song on it. It’s got a cool guitar riff in the middle of it and a great lyric I personally like “No sign of remorse/evil takes its course”…a great addition to any metal fan’s playlists.” – Canadian Beats

“”Rejected Atrocity” is like a missile launched toward the listener.” – Warheim

“Endless Chaos is simply continuous Endless Chaos! If anyone who has heard of these latest heavy weights and haven’t seen them but are in driving distance, you are fools! Go  see them and bang your head! I would like to see them tear down the place with “Sacrificial Ritual” and keep on with the Endless Chaos!” – William @ Extreme Metal Television.

“Perfect production tumbles head and dense compositions fill all the cracks. It is a very dynamic, tailor-made material. It sounds extreme, stimulates and dazzle with energy. For all the metal-frenzy fans with a touch of technique.” – Technical Death Metal

“…be careful how loud you play it around youngsters and oldsters, as they inevitably succumb to the severity of it all… simply addictive, particularly the guitar work in the title track.  It is over WAY too soon, and practically leaves one begging for more…The only thing I don’t like about this is the fact that there are only three songs.  Can’t wait to hear more!” – Wyrd Ways Rock Review

“Endless  Chaos  are  a  very  great  sounding  mixture  of  black,  death  and  thrash  metal  and  if  you  are  a  fan  of  those  musical  genres,  you  should  check  out  this  band.  RECOMMENDED  TRACK  “Sacrificial  Ritual” – BlackenedDeathMetalZine

Abrasive, energetic and chaotic, Winnipeg, Manitoba’s death/thrash five-piece Endless Chaos is on a mission to get metal fans feeding off its energy and to bring chaos into their world.

After sharing the stage with Skeletonwitch, 3 Inches of Blood, Wretched, Aborted and Kataklysm, the band’s direction was clear and Endless Chaos set out to carefully craft its debut EP, ‘Rejected Atrocity’.

Inspired by one of the finest horror movies of all time, Re-Animator, ‘Rejected Atrocity’ will “give you the best taste of what’s to come of Endless Chaos,” says vocalist Jordan Dorge. “When we were writing these songs, we really took in everything we love about death, thrash and black metal and incorporated it into Endless Chaos.”

All there’s left to do now is bring forth the endless chaos.

About: Hailing from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Deathpoint is a melodic groove metal band with a passion for persistence. What started out in bassist Brad Gold’s basement in 2005 when he was barely thirteen years old alongside childhood friend Cameron White on guitar, the band steadily grew into something promising. Drummer Mike Labate was introduced to the band by guitarist David Johnson. David left the band shortly after, leaving the trio of Brad, Cameron and Mike as an instrumental progressive metal band. Searching for a vocalist via Kijiji, Jonnie Barr was the next addition to the line-up. Deathpoint’s first show was in late 2007, and began playing regularly in the local scene. The desire for a second guitarist became apparent for harmonies and rhythms, and Mike Paling stood up to the task. Paling only stayed with the band for a very short period of time before they parted ways, leading to the addition of his replacement, Henry Joldersma – a high school friend of drummer Mike Labate.

Deathpoint released their debut album “Fixation” on May 7th 2010 and immediately began playing more shows alongside bands such as Threat Signal, Quo Vadis, The Agonist, Divine Heresy, and Moonspell. Shortly after “Fixation” was released, Cam White and Deathpoint parted ways due to a difference of priorities; with a very promising career ahead of him, White chose to pursue his education in computer engineering at the University of Waterloo. The band placed an ad on Kijiji once again, this time seeking a guitarist. Tim Ross responded, and it was clear he was man for the job. Brad, Mike, Henry, Jonnie and Tim released the band’s EP “Suffer” in August 2011.

The writing process for “Sinister” began within six months of releasing “Suffer,” and by August 2012 they began recording the new album. Jonnie Barr suffered a vocal cord injury which prevented him from performing and recording vocals, and Deathpoint decided it was time move on in another direction. The split was amicable in nature, as Jonnie was very understanding of the band’s desire to take the next step in driving forward. Jonnie and Deathpoint are still the best of friends; business did not get in the way of their strong brotherly bond. Frantically searching for a new vocalist to appear on the album, Tom Emmans of Odium offered his service for hire. After hearing the instrumental tracks and realizing the potential of what could be in store for Deathpoint, he immediately decided to join full-time.
