They’re crossing the pond! America’s favorite comedy headbangers PSYCHOSTICK are heading to the UK for their first ever tour! Entitled ‘The Ugly Americans Tour’, PSYCHOSTICK will be sharing the stages with Dog Fashion Disco.

The tour is in support of PSYCHOSTICK‘s latest album ‘IV; Revenge of The Vengeance’ released last November on Rock Ridge Music. Harnessing their crazy sense of humor and love of all things metal, vocalist Rob “Rawrb” Kersey and guitarist Josh “The J” Key joined forces with drummer Alex “Shmalex” Dontre and bassist Matty J “Moose” to create Pyschostick, a band they’ve coined as humorcore. Calgary, AB redneck punks Puttin’ On The Foil are proud to announce show dates in support of their new album ‘Fired Up, Ready To Roll’ released earlier this spring. Their dates will include stops in Alberta and Saskatchewan from July to August performing during Calgary Stampede celebrations plus performing at this year’s Alberta’s Own Music Fest.
Their new album is available on iTunes here and features ten songs of hillbilly infused punk rock that begs the listener to sing and drink along with them. With a a name inspired by the Hanson Brothers from the movie Slapshot, Puttin’ On The Foil is cross of Hank Williams and Motorhead, some Social Distortion with Mojo Nixon for a prairie mosh that the working folk can have a parade with!

The band is a three piece consisting of Trayne Rekk on Bass/Vocals/Stupidity, TimTim plucking Guitar/Vocals and Jordan Stubbs on Drums. Rarely sober the band’s infectious music invites even the most conservative wall flower to act stupid. One would expect the band to have influences like KISS, SLAYER, and Iron Maiden, but Trayne blames Hank Willams Jr. for much of his blue collar topics.
Puttin’On The Foil’s signature sound starts with Hank Williams, toss in some Ramones, thickened with Motorhead, and a dash of Nashville Pussy gives it that good time feel. Fans can be sure to understand the bands incredibly love of a good time from their music and live shows.

About:
Since early 2011, Grand Prairie, AB’s Arrival of Autumn has been shaking up the Canadian prairies with their heavy riffs, hooky vocals and speed demon double kicks. Their versatile headbanging tunes has made them accessible to fans of rock to the most hardcore death metal moshpit.
A band name inspired by Opeth lyric’s (thanks to drummer Ty Fox) and influenced by various genres ranging from melodic death to groove metal to progressive to rock n’ roll, AOA’s catalogue has grown rapidly with two self-releases in 2014. First it was their debut EP ‘Endless Nights’ in March followed by their ten track full length ‘Shadows’ in September.
“We are just trying to make a record that’s a little different than what’s going on at the moment. It’s no secret there is an abundance of the exact same thing floating around and we would never add to that. We wanted to give them something exciting and different to listen to. The good thing about our album is you can take any 3 songs put them together and it’s great. Our CD doesn’t rely on having only a few good songs. Every song has the potential to be a single. It can be received any way and people will get what AOA is all about.” comments AOA vocalist Ty Fox.
Touching on personal issues to triumphing demons as a band, ‘Shadows’ with a dash of dark lyrics and tracks such as The Court Of Owls to There’s No Angels Here to the infectious chorus of Like Fire demonstrates AOA are not just evolving, but are a live force raging to be discovered by the masses.

HIBRIA is a Brazilian power metal band formed in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul in 1996. The band has grown in popularity in their home country plus worldwide with the successful release of fours albums and a live DVD that showcases their intense concert energy (if ya never seen them in person). On top of the normal royalties baid to the artists and with the implementation of the Loyalty club I plan on paying out 24% of all net profits from the loyalty club to the bands on the roster on the last day of each month. So theoretically we will be able to watch the label grow to the point where every band on the label can solely focus on their craft and not have to worry about the bills! I aspire to be a leading example of Honesty, Fairness, Dedication and Transparency within this company. I have made it my new mission in life to help as many people as possible and I believe through TYM Records we can achieve that!
