SARTORI Unveils New Single “Someone To Hold You” ft. MARK BOALS From Upcoming Album “We’re Rising” Out Jan 2027

Rockshots Records is proud to announce the release of “Someone To Hold You”, the second single from SARTORI’s upcoming studio album “We’re Rising”, scheduled for release on January 29th, 2027 on CD, vinyl, and digital formats from Rockshots Records.

Following the debut album “Dragon’s Fire,” guitarist, composer, and virtuoso Andy Sartori continues his musical journey with a record that expands the SARTORI sound into a more melodic, eclectic, and old-school hard rock and heavy metal direction. Featuring the unmistakable voice of Mark Boal, “We’re Rising” marks a significant evolution in the project’s musical identity, combining refined songwriting, memorable melodies, and the neo-classical guitar work that defines Sartori’s style.

Inspired by the golden era of late-’80s hard rock and heavy metal, the album blends neo-classical guitar influences, American power metal energy, and classic melodic rock elements, while retaining the sophisticated arrangements and virtuoso musicianship that have characterized SARTORI‘s sound since the beginning.

The album features legendary vocalist Mark Boals, known for his work with Yngwie Malmsteen, Ring of Fire, and Royal Hunt, alongside Andy A. Sartori on guitars and keyboards, Andre Di Sao Thiago on bass guitar, and Dino Castano on drums. “We’re Rising” was mixed by Kfir Gov at Evil Snail Studios in Austin, Texas, and mastered by Maor Appelbaum, assisted by Zach Kornhauser, at Maor Appelbaum Mastering in California.

Following the first single “Just An Illusion”, SARTORI now unveils “Someone To Hold You”, a track that explores the more accessible and radio-friendly side of the band’s musical identity. Rooted in the timeless spirit of ’80s melodic hard rock, the song combines memorable melodies, the expressive vocals of Mark Boals, and a heartfelt, positive message of love, revealing a different dimension of the upcoming album.

Originally composed by Andy Sartori in the 1990s but never officially released, “Someone To Hold You” has been revisited, rearranged, and rewritten for “We’re Rising”. Conceived with the intention of reaching radio audiences and potentially finding a place in film soundtracks, the song represents a special connection between Sartori’s musical past and present, bringing a long-awaited composition to life in a new form.

Speaking about the single, Andy Sartori comments:

“Someone To Hold You is a more FM-oriented, commercial song compared to the other tracks on the album, with a more positive approach to love. I originally composed it back in the ’90s but never released it. For this album, I decided to rearrange and rewrite it with the intention of reaching radio stations and potentially movie soundtracks. I always knew the right time to record this song would come, and I believe that time is now.”

Discussing the new album, Sartori adds:

“We’re Rising is a different experience compared to the first album, starting with Mark Boals’ fantastic vocals and melodic approach. The new songs are also more eclectic than the ones from the first album, which makes this record a very important step forward for SARTORI.”

With its blend of classic hard rock energy, strong melodic songwriting and refined guitar work, “We’re Rising” brings together different shades of the late-’80s hard rock and heavy metal sound. From the neo-classical influences and powerful arrangements of the band’s heavier material to the more melodic and radio-friendly approach of “Someone To Hold You”, the album showcases the versatility of Andy Sartori’s songwriting and the expressive range of Mark Boals’ vocals.
