Montreal, QC – July 27, 2018
Honouring members of the Calgary music community in 20 categories this year (listed below), the YYC MUSIC AWARDS is proud to announce the 2018 nominees from one of Canada’s most vibrant and eclectic scenes. The 3rd annual YYCMA gala will be hosted on September 23rd at The Palace Theatre (219 8 Ave SW) and will celebrate artists from Calgary along with its surrounding cities of Airdrie, Banff, Canmore, Cochrane, Strathmore plus other areas that are up to a maximum of 125 km radius from the City of Calgary. Artists participating in this year’s awards were nominated for their commercially released material between March 1st, 2017 and February 28th, 2018.
