0 Merchants of Air – Malacoda – Ritualis Aeterna
These sixs track are loaded with immersive tempos, excellent guitar play and plenty of keyboard sounds. The end result reminds me of something between Dimmu Borgir, Nightfall, Moonspell and Kamelot, which obviously means that this music is epic as hell. My favorite track is ‘I Got A Letter’ but there’s a lot of gothic goodness to be found on this thing.

It is strange how Fractal Cypher are not on a label (big or not) yet, cuz honestly there are bands that do not have half the talent of this band and they are on a label’s roster….When all is said and done, Fractal Cypher is a talented modern prog metal band that has a bright future ahead. “The Human Paradox” will surely gratify all these fans who fancy (modern) prog metal music

Echoing the sounds of In Flames, Dark Tranquility and At The Gates, Montreal explosive melodic death metal titans DECADAWN are ready to ‘Take You There’ with their new music video unleashed at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U16Y5zEem8k
The song is off the band’s 2014 debut album ‘Solitary Confinement’ featuring 10 blistering assaults that includes guest vocals from Tomas Lindberg (At The Gates) on the release’s title track. The album was produced by the band with mixing done at Fredman studios (Sweden) by Henrik Udd (Dimmu Borgir, Arch Enemy, Dark Tranquility).

About:
Decadawn is a melodic death metal band from Montreal, Canada. In 2014 they released their first album ‘Solitary Confinement’ which features guest vocals from Tomas Lindberg (At The Gates) on the album’s title track. The band had some minor lineup changes since the release of their album. The full lineup is now made of: Louis-Charles Tardy (founding member, vocals, guitars), Pierre-Olivier Merizzi (lead guitars), Frank Larouche (rhythm guitars), Colin MacAndrews (drums) and Jean-Daniel Poirier (bass). They are currently working on their next album, which should be released in 2017.
