VANTABLACK WARSHIP unleash their first self-titled EP: “Vantablack Warship”, it is a blinding, lava filled Metal rocker. But what makes this band thrash me like a maniac and fist pump like a fool, you might ask? That is simple; they have the integrity of a purely hardcore Death Metal musical intelligence with an edge of added groove to give you that extra boost of power. Yannick “Pil” Pilon on vocals has a very original tone for a band with multiple elements in Metal; i.e., Thrash, Death and Black Metal while implementing in on some fantastic Hardcore intrigues.
