Prog Composer Eddie Krakov Announces Debut Solo Album EDventurED “Symmetry in Chaos” and First Single “Shadows We Remember”

Toronto-based progressive rock composer, vocalist, and multi‑instrumentalist Eddie Krakov officially unveils his new solo project EDventurED, announcing the upcoming debut concept album “Symmetry In Chaos” due out on October 30th, 2026.
Known for his work with Stormy Atmosphere and Timequarium, Krakov steps into a new artistic chapter, one where he takes full creative control and, for the first time, stands at the front as lead vocalist. EDventurED blends progressive rock, atmospheric elements, and emotional storytelling, exploring the fine balance between chaos and order in both music and human experience.
The idea for EDventurED emerged unexpectedly while Krakov was finishing the mixing and mastering of his other bands’ albums.
“Both projects were reaching the final stages, but completing an album with a full band is a long process, and I found myself already full of new ideas,” adds Krakov.
What began as rough sketches recorded alone, melodies captured while driving, lyrical fragments saved on his phone, and experimental keyboard arrangements soon revealed a deeper conceptual thread. These ideas evolved into full songs connected by one overarching question. What if the chaos we see is actually part of a pattern we haven’t learned to recognize?
That question became the foundation of “Symmetry In Chaos,” a progressive concept album built around nine scientific, psychological, and philosophical theories.
Krakov comments:
“Symmetry in Chaos began with a simple question: what if the things we call random are actually part of patterns we haven’t learned to see? The album grew into a journey through nine different theories, but the deeper I went into them, the more I realized that they were not separate ideas. Chaos theory, psychology, genetics, social behavior, free will, and cooperation all describe different aspects of the same thing – the complicated system we call life. Musically, I wanted to create something progressive without losing the emotional connection to the songs. There are complex ideas and structures, but melody and emotion always come first. I hope Symmetry in Chaos is an album people can listen to for the music, but also return to for the ideas. Maybe after listening, they will look at their own choices, relationships, and experiences a little differently.”
The debut single “Shadows We Remember” introduces listeners to the album’s conceptual depth. The song explores Carl Jung’s idea that humanity may share deeper psychological patterns, symbols, and archetypes that exist beneath individual consciousness.
“It looks at the shadows, memories, and images that seem to follow humanity across generations, asking whether some parts of who we are existed within us before we were even aware of them,” adds Krakov.

Although EDventurED is deeply personal to Krakov, the album features contributions from several musicians, including a duet with Teddy Shvets, vocalist of Stormy Atmosphere, and a touching vocal appearance by his eight‑year‑old son, Jack, adding a generational echo to the album’s themes. These collaborations help expand the emotional and conceptual reach of the project.
With more music already in development, Krakov sees “Symmetry in Chaos” as the start of a larger creative journey.
“There is already more music and more ideas in development, so I don’t see Symmetry in Chaos as the end of the EDventureD story. It is the beginning,” he adds.
