Pirosaint’s Drummer Ignacio Orellana Launches “Aceite Diablo” Chili Infused Oil

Aceite Diablo is the culmination of a long journey that started more than a year and a half ago for Pirosaint drummer Ignacio Orellana. Its products are a blend of devilish spices turned into a sinfully delicious oil created in Hell’s Kitchen, NY.
Ignacio Orellana comments:
“I’m located in Hell’s Kitchen, New York, where there are a large number of restaurants around with a variety of cultures. My family and I enjoy going out to eat at different restaurants and learning about new foods and flavors. After tasting many foods, we decided to create a product that would complement flavors from other cultures, while adding a little spice to it. Our product doesn’t change the original flavor of the food, but instead, adds a kick!”

Pirosaint’s latest album ‘Know Thyself’ was released in 2021 via Digmetalworld and distributed worldwide via MVD Entertainment Group. The band is currently in the writing process for their upcoming album.
‘Know Thyself’ was recorded between 2013-2016 and 2020-2021 at Oily Sounds Studios NYC by Ignacio Orellana and is made up of new compositions, previously unreleased tracks, and a special bonus for fans following PIROSAINT since their beginnings in 1989.
Originally based in Santiago, Chile, PIROSAINT joined a small but powerful and enthusiastic local heavy metal scene with bands such as Necrosis, Massacre and Criminal. After releasing two demos in 1992 and 1994, the band issued an EP called New God in 1997. ‘Know Thyself”, was PIROSAINT’s long-awaited debut full-length, and marked the band’s second active decade. ‘Know Thyself’ is available now digitally at http://pirosaint.bandcamp.com and via all streaming services. ‘Know Thyself’’s vocal tracks were recorded by Eduardo Vidal and Andrés Valdivieso in Santiago, Chile. All guitar solos were recorded at Oily Sounds Studios by Ignacio Orellana and Angel Thorne Music CO LLC by Rob Thorne in Bethel, CT, except “Everyday’s War,” recorded by Regisson Silva in Sao Paulo, Brazil, at his home studio.
All lyrics were written by Gonzalo Rodriguez and Ignacio Orellana. All music was written by PIROSAINTexcept “The Debt” and “Faster than before’ by Gonzalo Rodriguez, Alfredo Vicencio and Ignacio Orellana, and “Pirosaint” by Gonzalo Rodriguez, Fransua Tapia, Paolo Maugart and Ignacio Orellana. Cover art was created by Claudio Bergamin.
Outside of PIROSAINT, Orellana is a mainstay of the metal scene, spending countless hours behind the lens shooting bands of all levels in New York City and beyond.
