The wait is over. Famous Strangers have officially released their debut self‑titled album, a heavy, emotional, genre‑breaking first statement from one of Alberta’s most exciting new heavy rock acts. Built on themes of self‑worth, growth, vulnerability, and raw honesty, the album delivers a full‑spectrum listening experience that moves from explosive riffs to atmospheric introspection, always anchored by the band’s signature unpredictability and emotional depth.

At its core, the record is about knowing your worth, breaking free from what holds you back, choosing yourself, and emerging stronger on the other side. Across seven tracks, the band blends grunge, punk, blues, classic metal, and modern heaviness into something moody, haunting, old‑school, and intriguing. Every song lives in its own world, yet the journey feels unified, intentional, and deeply personal.

The debut album showcases the band’s evolution over three years of writing, rewriting, experimenting, and trusting their instincts. Some riffs lived on guitarist Jeff Kittlitz’s hard drive for over a decade before finally finding the right home. Some songs were born in a single jam session. One track, “Ghosts of Men,” was written just three days before entering the studio. The result is a record that pushes boundaries, breaks rules, and refuses to sit still.

“We feel like our first record will take them on a journey, evoking many different emotions that reflect the flow of this new album. Some may not understand what we are trying to do, but by the end, we hope they are surprised, refreshed, and inspired. We hope the lyrics dig deep into parts of them they didn’t know existed or had hidden away. Opening their hearts and souls, making them feel unstoppable and worthy. Whatever they may be doing while listening, we want our music to captivate them, drawing them deeper into themselves. Feeling the emotional pull through each track. Moments of inspiration and grit, leading to a complete surrender of self. With a touch of silliness and definitely some seduction,” adds the band.

To celebrate release day, Famous Strangers have shared a brand‑new rehearsal video for “Fire Inside,” giving fans a raw, behind‑the‑scenes look at one of the album’s most powerful tracks. The song began as a progressive metal riff and evolved in the studio, becoming a grounding anthem about embracing mistakes, honouring your journey, and discovering the light within yourself. The track has a special history with the band, as it was once performed live by asking the audience for lyrical ideas while Amanda freestyled the entire song, including a legendary dinosaur‑themed version during a show date in Drumheller, AB.

Famous Strangers features Amanda Kiernan (vocals), Jeff Kittlitz (guitar), Braden Sustrik (bass), and Brian “Beej” Jolly (drums), formed after years of crossing paths in the Alberta music scene, with members with roots in Compromise, Pugnacious, This Is War, The Order of Chaos, Sleeping Girl, and more. With decades of Alberta heavy‑music experience, they built a project on trust, honesty, and complete creative freedom. What began as casual jams evolved into a full creative force once Amanda joined in 2023. The chemistry was instant. Lyrics poured out, old riffs found new life, and the band quickly realized they had something far bigger than a side project.

“Amanda has a Lee Aaron vibe about her.” – Richard Amery – LA Beat

“The band wasted no time tearing into the tracks from the new album, which is set to be released everywhere on August 21. Blasting through an intro that sets a clear tone for the next 45 minutes, they blaze into “Fire Inside”and their latest single, “As Your Leader.” This track has been getting buzz in the metal scene since its release in July, a heavy wall of sound decorated with an undeniable vocal performance. It’s earned the group recent airplay around Europe and North America, and big recent gigs like Decimate Metalfest near their hometown.” – Loud Hailer Mag (Calgary Live Review – Aug 7 – Dickens)

“Serendipity and synchronicity are two key factors in securing the best factors for successful chemistry in any musical outfit. That’s the case for sure in the Canadian heavy rock outfit Famous Strangers. Veterans of the metal scene, they’ve come together at this point in their career to create an energetic heavy music platform surging with this emotional intensity from all angles that’s impossible to ignore. Their debut self-titled album contains all the ideal components to make a strong impact locally and abroad. ” – DeadRhetoric

““Famous Strangers” is an absolute belter of a debut album so don’t be a stranger, check it out! Very Highly Recommended. (5 / 5) – Metal Epidemic

“With plenty of material in the pipeline for future releases, Famous Strangers has a tremendous debut album that is a launching point for a hopefully productive career. Boundless opportunities exist, as these musicians came together at the right time to develop a heavy rock, alternative / bluesy-based cocktail of songs that all heavy music followers should treasure.”9/10 – DeadRhetoric

“It’s great to hear a modern hard rock band unafraid to get aggressive, from a vocalist that can unleash a scream as well as she can hit a crisp high note to the abundance of shredding guitar solos.” – Heavy Music HQ

“Famous Strangers have been dropping the hints at what the new album will be like with the previous singles ‘Ghosts of Men’ and ‘As Your Leader’. As the August 21st release date creeps closer this highly anticipated debut album is almost here and all we can say is get ready to be floored. The whole offering is a whiplash of modern metal. Signature razor sharp riffs, pulverizing bass and power percussion…lead by unforgettably edgy and furious vocals courtesy of lead singer Amanda Kiernan. Album cuts like ‘Please Her’ are insanely good and surprises like the eclectic ‘Rain’ showcase the bands ability to harness their aggression when a mood catches them for something else. An impressive debut not to be missed from a band fueled by fire, grit and a lot of talent. Catch Famous Strangers Band on your Home for the Best New Rock… W-J-O-EEEE” – WJOE – Findlay’s Home for Rock & Roll

“Canada’s Famous Strangers return with an incredible new single, a fierce one titled ‘Ghosts of Men’. Right out of the gate, the riffs are lethal and the vocals are up to the task with a mean disposition that fit perfectly. Famous Strangers is a seriously talented band and ‘Ghosts of Men’ is a shining example of their creativity at work with an extended jaw dropping 6-string solo, a wonderful slow down to catch our breath only to come out on the other side finding ourselves in a choke hold of epic proportions. This is modern metal done right, catch it on your Home for the Best New Rock…W-J-O-EEEE – WJOE – Findlay’s Home for Rock & Roll

0 Calgary’s GODFALL’s New Single “Default” Confronts Modern Burnout and Your Life On Autopilot!

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – August 19, 2026

Calgary’s GODFALL’s New Single “Default” Confronts Modern Burnout and Your Life On Autopilot!

Calgary’s genre‑defying five‑piece Godfall return with their most introspective and hard‑hitting release, the single “Default”. A track that captures the suffocating repetition of living life on autopilot, the endless cycle of tasks, obligations, and burnout that leaves no room for surprise, growth, or self‑reflection. The band describes the song as a wake‑up call: a reminder that life is happening now, not after the to‑do list is finished.

As with all Godfall releases, “Default” was shaped through full‑band collaboration. Guitarist Omer Khan sparked the foundation of the track, bringing the initial riff and vibe that guided the vocal direction. Vocalists Karina Khristova and Abel Boban crafted lyrics that complement the music’s tension, choosing words, syllables, and melodies that highlight the emotional peaks of the instrumentation.

The band’s writing process remains fluid and democratic as their ideas are refined, reworked, and sometimes cut entirely if they don’t serve the song. This commitment to quality over quantity continues to define Godfall’s evolution.

Every member of Godfall comes from a different country and speaks a different first language, creating a melting pot of influences that shape their unique sound. Their music blends heaviness, melody, emotional storytelling, and raw grit, a mix fans often compare to Bad Omens and Evanescence, though the band prefers to let their own identity lead the way.

“Default” marks another step in Godfall’s ongoing refinement of their sonic identity, shifting between phases of anger, melancholy, and soaring melody while staying true to the heart‑first approach that defines their catalog.

“I think Default will be a pleasant surprise since we are constantly refining our sound and working on our songwriting skills. I think ultimately we want our fans to have a Godfall song for any kind of day: a day when you’re annoyed, sad, happy, motivated – you name it. We want them to be able to sing along and headbang at the same time,” says Karina Khristova (Clean Vocals).

Two of Thunder Bay, ON’s rising metal forces, THE FIXER and TEKNOSIS, are kicking off an epic tour of mind-melting metal across dates in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta this October.

Touring across Canada heavily in support of their new 2025 single “It Will End Tonight” and their 2023 debut album “Your Lie’ released on WormHoleDeath Records, this next adventure of show dates will be special ones, as they are taking hometown friends Teknosis on the the road who will be supporting their latest EP 2024’s Return To Civilization”, recorded and mixed by Ryan MacDonald at Lionheart Sound Co and mastered by Topon Das (F*ck The Facts) at Apartment 2.

“Touring is something we all look forward to in The Fixer. The most rewarding part of being in a band is seeing people connect with something you’ve created, and our favourite way to do that is in the live setting. We will be heading out with fresh songs, as well as bringing a couple of songs back into the set that we haven’t played in some time. Similarly, we are excited to be playing some places we haven’t played before and some of the first places we ever played outside of our hometown,” says Vic Sin, Guitar – The Fixer

“We are incredibly pleased with our first EP, ‘Return to Civilization’. These 5 songs are the perfect introduction to the sound of Teknosis. Fans of all genres of metal will enjoy our hybrid of metal genres. We are now beyond thrilled to be bringing these songs and more on tour this October with The Fixer,” adds bassist Travis Doggett – Teknosis.

The Fixer is a genre-defying force in the pop-metal underground. They continue to captivate audiences with their latest standalone single, “It Will End Tonight,” unleashed this past September, and their latest full-length album, “Your Lie,” released in 2023.

“We’ve always written from a heartfelt lens. It Will End Tonight is no exception. It’s about fighting through darkness with love, and we think fans who connect with our emotional honesty will resonate deeply with it,” says the band.

When witnessed live, they channel Addams Family vibes with rapid-fire sets, minimalist yet impactful lighting, and a palpable emotional connection with their audience. Their shows are more than performances; they’re cathartic rituals. Those who have not seen them live should brace themselves for The Fixer‘s theatrical flair and emotionally charged soundscapes. Fans can expect not only the immersive live experience they’ve come to love but also brand-new music unveiled on this next road escapade.

Formed out of pure love for metal. Teknosis has quickly evolved into a tight, aggressive unit with a shared vision: to make heavy music that hits hard and leaves no room to breathe. Set to ignite stages across the country this October, Teknosis is bringing their relentless live energy to fans in support of their acclaimed 2024 EP “Return to Civilization”, a five-track barrage of groove-laced hardcore and death metal influences. It’s a compact, violent sonic explosion that lyrically channels frustration and isolation from lockdowns, with themes ranging from societal collapse to personal survival.

With ambient samples bridging each track, Teknosis will be a visceral live experience as they deliver a seamless, high-impact set that’s organic, heavy, and hypnotic.

“We still believe in live amps and drums straight to the cochlea. It’s all about maximum intensity. A sonic experience that’s as brutal as it is addictive,” says bassist Travis Doggett.

Fans can expect new singles starting in Fall 2025, leading up to a full-length album in late 2025 or early 2026. The October tour will feature tracks from “Return to Civilization” alongside unreleased material, giving audiences a taste of what’s to come.

“Teknosis puts listeners through their paces. It feels like the songs could go off the rails at any moment, but remain incredibly syncopated throughout…. Teknosis has created an EP that lays the groundwork for bigger things to come and leaves listeners eager to hear more.” Jason Wellwood – Walleye Magazine

“Dark. Sexy. Loud. It’s The Fixer, and they create a soundtrack that would be fit for a disco in Hell. The Canadian four-piece straddle the line between rock and metal” – Games, Brrrains & A Headbanging Life

“One of the great young acts I found in 2023 came from Canada, The Fixer, who have created bold music and an even bolder look. Led by vocalist Melladonna, the band tries to give the look of a goth outfit. The music, however, tells a different story, as the band rocks as hard as anything you might hear out there now (if not more aggressive). The hook song was “Smoke Show,” but there were quality tracks all through the record. I enjoyed “Ghosts Will Talk,” which presents a spookier sound, and the bookends to the album, the title track and “Your Truth,” which gives a storytelling aspect to the album. I will be interested in seeing where this band goes, and I certainly hope they can get down to the southern tip of North America to bring their sound to an audience that would enjoy them!” – Rock At Night

“The song material is simply great, the emotions are wonderfully combined, and the performance is absolutely over the top.” – PowerMetal.de

“A high-resolution journey through pop rock, goth spirit, punk moods, metal vibes, and party glam rock, with a hint of comedy horror. ‘Your Lie’ is a spiky sound with a razor-sharp edge throughout.” – Rock Queen Reviews

Rockshots Records: Italian Symphonic Metal ETERNAL SILENCE Shares Edgar Allan Poe Inspired Video “Red Death Masquerade”

New Album “Timegate Anathema” Out October 8, 2021

Italian symphonic metallers Eternal Silence will be releasing their new album “Timegate Anathema” on October 8, 2021 via Rockhots Records. Recorded at The Groove Factory (Udine, Italy) and Line/Out Studio (Milano, Italy) with mixing and mastering by Michele Guaitoli (Visions of Atlantis, Temperance, Kaledon), the full length will feature ten tracks of symphonic and power prog metal plus will see the band introduce new elements and experimentation into their sound. The album goes from power metal songs like “The Way Of Time” and “My Soul Sad Until Death” to heavy and dark ones like “Rain and Red Death Masquerade”, passing through the catchy melodies of tracks like “Glide In The Air” and acoustic moments on “Lonely and Firefly”. The main theme that inspired the record is the concept of time.

“It has been a long time since our last full length was released, we took our time to make the best songs possible and then the pandemic broke in and forced us to stop and wait for the right time to publish it. But now everything is ready and we can’t wait to finally share this with you all.” adds the band.

Today, Eternal Silence unveils their lyric video for the third single and closing album track “Red Death Masquerade”. It’s a heavy and symphonic track featuring dual vocalists alternating verses to the story of the song.

The band explains “Red Death Masquerade” in further detail:

“This song is inspired by the horror tale “The Masque of the Red Death” by Edgar Allan Poe. The main character appears only at the end of this story, but we can feel her presence all the time: the Death overcomes the weak and the powerful, immune to time and space. This reminds us that we are born and we die equal to each other.”

Formed in Varese, Italy in 2008, Eternal Silence combines powerful guitar riffs, a thunderous rhythmic section, catchy melodies, and bombastic orchestral tracks with the support of two vocalists, Marika Vanni and guitarist Alberto Cassina sharing the front stage. The band’s current line-up is completed by Alessio Sessa (bass), Andrea Zannin (drums) and Enzo Criscuolo (guitarist).

Since their formation, the band has unleashed three albums and two EPs. 2020’s “Renegades” (EP), 2018’s “Metamorphosis” (EP), and 2017’s “Mastermind Tyranny” were released on Sliptrick Records, and their earlier full-lengths “Raw Poetry” (2013) and “Chasing Chimera” (2015) were released on Underground Symphony Records.

Over the years, the band has been a consistent touring presence in Europe, performing in Germany, Switzerland, France, Czech Republic, Austria, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, and Hungary along with being support for bands such as Temperance, Therion, Haggard, Sound Storm, Blackoustic (Timo Kotipelto (Stratovarius) and Jani Liimatainen (Insomnium)).

Today, Eternal Silence unveils their music video for the second single “Glide In The Air”, which is one of the most easy-listening songs from the album with its catchy melodies and beating rhythm.

The band explains the song’s concept in further detail:

“This song was conceived by our guitarist Enzo Criscuolo. The guitars and the rhythmic section are strong and the beat of the drums plays a main role. Unlike the other tracks on the album, for Glide In The Air, there’s no bombastic orchestra and classical strings, but electronic keyboards and synthesizers that give the entire song a different taste and personality. The vocal part is completely entrusted to Marika, who shows her full potential in a more modern and poppy ambiance.”

Today, Eternal Silence reveals the first single “Ancient Spirit”, a heavy track that puts together new influences and sounds.

The band explains the song’s concept in further detail:

“Born out of the mind of guitarist Enzo Criscuolo, this song is heavy in contents and atmosphere along with feeling spiritual with lyrics written by our bassist Alessio Sessa. The lake in the pantheistic form that assumes in the song, reveals its mystery and charm as if it was a sleeping God. Beneath the layer of forgetfulness where it lays, hidden like a gem and silent, is an ideal companion, present in every day of our lives and keeps secrets and deep thrusts in its depths, where few dare to look.”

Rockshots Records Signs Italian Symphonic Metal ETERNAL SILENCE

New Album “Timegate Anathema” Out October 2021

Rockshots Records is proud to announce their latest signing of Italian symphonic metallers Eternal Silence for the release of their next album “Timegate Anathema” due out in October 2021.

The band comments:

“We hope fans will be excited as we are for this new record. It is the most complete and refined album we made so far, and we think that the introduction of new elements and musical inspirations will attract new ones. We plan for it to be a heavy and romantic experience.”

Recorded at The Groove Factory (Udine, Italy) and Line/Out Studio (Milano, Italy) with mixing and mastering by Michele Guaitoli (Visions of Atlantis, Temperance, Kaledon), “Timegate Anathema” will feature ten tracks of symphonic and power prog metal plus will see the band introduce new elements and experimentation into their sound. The main theme that inspired the album is the concept of Time.

Bassist Alessio Sessa adds:

“Time as the pace of life, time that gives a rhythm to the music, time as the nerve of existence, the ticking of a clock that brings back distant memories. The future developing through uncertainty and hope that flies on the wings of time. Time giving life to seasons, during which we struggle to give a sense to our hurry. The album’s image is of time represented by the two-faces god Janus, the divinity that looks backward and forward, guardian of thresholds, passages, chances, and who holds the keys of the flow of events. Musically the album puts together a solid metal rhythmic section with real strings orchestra and a choir, which accompany the melodies by the duo vocalists.”

Destroy Demons To Motion Device Drummer’s Cover Of “Cultist Base” From Doom Eternal

L-R: David Menoudakis (Drums) | Andrea Menoudakis (Bass/Keys) | Sara Menoudakis (Vocals) | Josh Marrocco (Guitars)

The Doom video game franchise has been going strong for almost 30 years, and the adrenaline-packed stomp through hell has one of the most aggressive, recognizable soundtracks to gamers across the globe. Motion Device’s drummer David Menoudakis has taken the world-renowned carnage and warped it into a new form as a drum cover presented on his YouTube channel DrumsByDavid.

On his channel, Menoudakis covers “Cultist Base” from Doom Eternal (2020) combining his drum playing with unique visuals that sets it apart from other drum covers. The video also includes gameplay and extra visual effects adding to the underworld chaos. Menoudakis comments on the video:

“I chose the track because Doom has been one of my favourite games for a long time and the soundtrack (composed by Mick Gordon) is just legendary with gamers who love heavy soundtracks like myself. I put out drum covers on a weekly basis and really enjoy all the tunes and fan requests, but this kind of video allows me to showcase what I can do technically as a drummer and also as a video editor which is something I’m getting into a lot more lately. I’m also learning a lot about sound so pushing the audio boundaries as much as possible is really important to me – I want viewers to hear a great, quality audio mix when they watch one of my drum videos. I really enjoyed putting this together and I plan on doing a lot more of it in the near future.”

Menoudakis plays in the Toronto-based progressive band Motion Device with two of his siblings and their cousin. To date, they have put out four albums so far and received recognition from many big name musicians like Steve Vai, the Scorpions and Alice Cooper to name a few.

“Cultist Base” is recommended for heavy music aficionados and gamers alike, especially those who enjoy Carpenter Brut, Black Crown Initiate, and Ministry.

About:
Motion Device is an independent hard rock band from Canada led by vocalist Sara Menoudakis, along with Josh Marrocco on guitar, Andrea Menoudakis on bass/keys, and David Menoudakis on drums.

The formation of the band just seemed to fall into place between the Menoudakis siblings, and their cousin Marrocco. Each member played a key instrument and shared similar musical tastes and inspirations. After starting out as a cover band, they slowly but surely found themselves writing, recording and producing their own music and once that began there was no looking back.

Motion Device has enjoyed recognition since their cover band days including receiving a huge standing ovation at Canada’s Got Talent auditions in 2011 only to be cut just before the live shows because the producers did not want to pay for music royalty rights of the songs they were covering (Zeppelin’s ‘Whole Lotta Love’ and Ozzy’s ‘Crazy Train’). They also received a huge boost in their early days when Ronnie James Dio’s social media team shared the band’s Youtube cover of Black Sabbath’s ‘Heaven and Hell’.

Motion Device has 4 albums out, “Welcome to the Rock Revolution” (2014); “Eternalize” (2015); “Wide Awake” (2017), and “MDIV” (2020). The most recent one was recorded, produced, mixed, and mastered by the band in their own fan-funded recording studio. Thanks to crowdfunding, all of their albums have been completely funded by fans from all over the globe. With over 100,000 social media fans and more than 20 million views on their Youtube channel, they’re quickly becoming one of the brightest up and coming bands in North America.

“Canadian rockers Motion Device turned a series of viral video hits into dedicated fans who are helping them make the music they love.” – Metal Hammer

“Their young age and gender diversity gives them a fresh and unique perspective on the industry, one that doesn’t romanticize the rock and roll of the past. They’re taking DIY, punk rock ethics and applying it to the current music industry, allowing them to find success on their own terms.” – Huffington Post

“Motion Device has been dubbed “the future of rock”.” – CHCH Hamilton

Progressive Metallers Motion Device Release Catchy Music Video For Single “Blindfold It Away”

Out Now! New Album “Motion Device IV”

L-R: David Menoudakis (Drums) | Andrea Menoudakis (Bass/Keys) | Sara Menoudakis (Vocals) | Josh Marrocco (Guitars)

Canada’s Motion Device have a new music video out for their single “Blindfold It Away”. The single comes from their recent album, “Motion Device IV” (or ‘MDIV’ for short), which was released on September 4, 2020. This is the fourth album from the DIY band who recorded, produced, mixed, and mastered the album by themselves in a studio that was completely crowdfunded by fans around the world.

Motion Device says they owe their success so far to their fans and are extremely appreciative of their support through their careers. They expect that fans will enjoy the album and the music video that is being released. With a vision of taking fans on a journey, through their music, they encompass all emotions, happiness, sadness, joy, anger, excitement, “MDIV” is an emotional roller coaster that is easy to connect to. The band explains the single in their own words:

“The beginning riff was the very first piece of music that began the writing process for the album. Josh first recorded the guitar arrangement, then sent it to David and Andrea and before you knew it they were jamming it out together. It was also the song that set our vocalist Sara on a brand new path of lyrical writing that was the start of the most writing Sara had done on any album up to this point. Her lyrics and the band’s progressive sound can be heard throughout this new album and if there’s one song that encompasses who Motion Device is, this is it!”

From soft to heavy, slow to fast, dreamy to raw, the song is pure Motion Device! They have a ‘new school’ progressive rock sound while still keeping some classic metal vibes to it.

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – October 7, 2020

For fans of Amaranthe, Evanescence, Lacuna Coil, The Gathering

Rockshots Records: Basque Gothic Metal Song of Anhubis Next Single “My Own Enemy”

New Album “Reversed Reflection” Out October 23rd

Basque’s Song of Anhubis will be unleashing their sophomore album “Reversed Reflection” via Rockshots Records on October 23rd, 2020. The band creates a passionate, introspective, intense, and diverse gothic metal that was first introduced to the world on their 2016 debut full length “Revenge As Redemption”. Not quite following in the exact musical footsteps of their precursive album, their second record takes a 180-degree turn as it experiments with electronic elements and sounds more akin to rock and metal along with their staple gothic influences.

Featuring 10 tracks, “Reversed Reflection” is a journey between two opposing worlds, light and darkness, the instinctive, and the rational. Blunt guitars and arpeggios are combined with electronic elements, very melodic passages even melancholic in some cases, with the strength of double bass drumming and simpler fragments with the addition of some extra ingredients that will surprise listeners. All of the emotion on the record is felt through the diverse vocal range of frontwoman Rei Reych.

Reych adds:

“I have always been passionate about music and singing since I was very young, so music has been present in my life all the time, both in good times and bad. That’s why I always wanted to create my own soundtrack for my feelings and experiences, to be able to express everything that is sometimes difficult to define with words alone. When I met Paul (the guitarist of ‘Song of Anhubis’) collaborating with my voice in a concert of the band in which he played, and after having already been the vocalist of two bands, he offered me to start a project together. We had the same musical interests, a very similar taste and we connected great from the beginning, so when he showed me the riffs he had composed, I accepted immediately, we started this adventure called ‘Song Of Anhubis’…”

Taking four years to write and record, Song of Anhubis experimented with different styles for their second full-length offering. There is nothing on this album that they have not composed with all the dedication, attention, and care. Each part of each song had to give the band the feeling they were looking for to represent what Song of Anhubis is and what they wanted fans to experience as a sonic journey.

“We wanted to combine ethereal passages on the one hand with forcefulness on the other to create a perfect mix between the two worlds, the primitive and strong alongside the melodic and introspective. On this album, we talk about rage or anger, the fight against the injustices we see, or live every day. We also speak about the moments when surrender is tempting, about the life force inherent in each one of us, the resilience, the struggle between routine and the stereotyped against what is really transcendental and authentic, the deepest feelings, etc. In conclusion, it’s an album full of lights and shadows that we hope the listener will enjoy and connect with. Something that Francisco Plazas (our graphic designer) has captured perfectly for the album artwork too.” adds the band.

Leading up to the album’s release, the band is sharing with fans the second single off the record “My Own Enemy”, which can be heard at the following links YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music.

Vocalist Rei Reych explains the single:

“It’s a complex song like a progressive spiral, but at the same time with a very different style. It’s a very dynamic track that also is about, in a certain, of the difficulty of accepting oneself, the force exerted on all of us by stereotypes, the politically correct, the superficiality, and the feeling of emptiness that all this brings. It’s also about that loneliness that you can feel, even if you are surrounded by people, the complete feeling of loneliness in the crowd.”

“Reversed Reflection” is out on October 23, 2020 and available for CD preorder HERE.
