0 Hellbound – ANOTHER CANADIAN METAL NEW RELEASE ROUND-UP, 12 MARCH 2016 – BUFFALO THEORY MTL, Wacken Metal Battle Canada, Demise of the Crown, Projekt F, Van Halst
0 Franconia Metallum – Rapheumets Well – The Exile (Test Your Metal Records)
0 Via Nocturna – Van Halst – World of Make Believe
0 Canadian Beats – Interview – Demise of The Crown
0 Kami Van Halst of Van Halst as interviewed by Lance Hall for The Silk And Steel Power Hour x3 heard every Tuesday night 6-.9 P.M. on 90.7 WJSC-FM
0 Teach’s Criterion of Metal – Necronomicon – Advent of The Human God
Necronomicon’s Advent of the Human God is an excellent and carefully crafted oeuvre that deserves every positive critique that it should soon receive.
0 Gloria Metalus – Sanktuary – Winter’s Doom
0 Rock Music Raider – Demise of The Crown – S/T
0 Loud Stuff – Rhine – An Outsider
The sound is completely original and I recommend ‘An Outsider’ to anyone who is craving something new, fresh and original. The term ‘progressive’ gets thrown around a lot to describe bands that don’t fit into any other sub-genre, but Rhine have demonstrated what true progressive metal should sound like.
0 Loud-Stuff – ÉOHUM – EALDFAEDER EP
their sound is a melting pot of raw ferocity, brooding atmosphere and rhythmic complexity…Ealdfaeder has been carefully crafted and mixed so that each instrument sounds as though it has been given ample room to shine and yet they all blend so naturally together and compliment one another perfectly. This is an impressive release and I would urge anyone who likes Black Metal and Blackened Doom to give this a listen.
