Dive Into Medicine Hat’s Alternative Waves Festival June 21 & 22!
As temperatures begin to rise, Medicine Hat, AB’s Alternative Waves Festival is just around the corner to offer a refreshing weekend of music spanning the punk, rock and metal genres, featuring over 40 bands from around Canada. Split between venues The Corona and The Mainliner on June 21st and 22nd audiences will get to enjoy the talents of bands such as Youngbloods, Naraka, and The Psychonauts.
Alternative Waves Festival is presented by Medicine Hat’s best rock radio station: 105.3 ROCK and promises fun in the sun including a car show, food trucks, a selection of vendors, live art and more!
Tickets are $30 in advance for both days, with single day and door tickets available from Hemp Town Rock; Evangelos Music Ltd.; The Mainliner Pub; Corona Tavern & Night Club; Big Al’s Music & Games and Hat News and Tobacco.
