Recently wrapping up their ‘Rated M For MaTour’ that included a showcase at this year’s Canadian Music Week to add their 500+ shows and collection of over 100,000 miles during their multiple past tours across Canada, the UK, and the States. Ottawa, ON video game rock nerds Double Experience are taking no time to hit the road again and going South to the USA for their ‘Smells Like Freedom Tour’ this June, which includes performances at Pegasus Records Store in Florence, AL and video game stores Game Over in Houston, TX and Austin, TX.
“Though this won’t be our first time touring in the USA, each show we booked was in a city or state we have never played before. We’ve already compiled another list of dream locations to visit based on the Food Network, too.” comments bassist Tim Kealey.
The band is gearing up for the August 1st release of their forthcoming album ‘721835′ recorded by fellow science-fiction aficionado Al Jacob (He is Legend, A Skylit Drive) in North Carolina. A curious collection of songs that are inspired by everything the band loves and considers nerdy, the album showcases a creative sound influenced by geeky comic books, trading cards, classic 8 bits games to today’s future 3D experiences to follow up their 2011 EP ‘One Big Quicksand’ recorded and produced by Jayson DeZuzio (Coheed and Cambria, My Chemical Romance) that was released via Blue Sapphire/Universal Music Canada.

Ottawa, ON video game rock nerds Double Experience are proud to announce they will be performing at this year’s Canadian Music Week on May 10th in Toronto, ON as part of their Ontario show dates for their ‘Rated M For MaTOUR’.
“We’re excited to take in everything CMW has to offer, considering it’s our first time being a part of the festival. The band released a new music video ‘Dream Pariah’ in support of their debut album ‘Traits of The Sick’ released during November 2013. The albumwas mastered by Jeff Waters of Annihilator, whom also makes a guest appearance with a guitar solo on the track ‘As Killers Breathe’. Featuring an eclectic mix of thrash, classic metal and rock, the album deals with the idea of humans being human and never willing to be completely satisfied, the debutis now available on Bandcamp, iTunes, Amazon and all other major online retailers.
The video is inspired by the dramatic story of a man, approaching the end of his life and trying something new! (hint, hint, breaking bad!)

About: Bridging the gap between metal and rock with help from dual guitar harmonies, pounding drum lines and wide-ranging vocal harmonies, Calgary’s Throne of Vengeance released their EP ‘Live Evil’ on October 19, 2013 that echoes the band’s signature thrash-tinged rock.
“‘Live Evil’ is “a collection of songs based on our experiences in the last two years, covering everything from a close friend’s imprisonment for a victim-less crime to the realization of humanity’s demise to the contrast between good and evil and life and death,” says drummer Trevor Cobb.

Wreck ‘n roll band Trainwreck Architect are proud to announce dates for their ‘Wreck The Road Tour’ that will see them performing shows in News Brunswick, Quebec and Ontario between the months of May and June that includes an opening support slot for German power metal masters Primal Fear on Friday, May 2 in Montreal, QC at Foufounes Electriques.

The band released a new music video ‘Dream Pariah’ in support of their debut album ‘Traits of The Sick’ released during November 2013. The albumwas mastered by Jeff Waters of Annihilator, whom also makes a guest appearance with a guitar solo on the track ‘As Killers Breathe’. Featuring an eclectic mix of thrash, classic metal and rock, the album deals with the idea of humans being human and never willing to be completely satisfied, the debutis now available on Bandcamp, iTunes, Amazon and all other major online retailers.
The video is inspired by the dramatic story of a man, approaching the end of his life and trying something new! (hint, hint, breaking bad!)

Ottawa, ON video game rock nerds Double Experience are proud to announce Ontario show dates for the month of April and May for their ‘Rated M For MaTOUR’ that will include a performance at this year’s Canadian Music Week on May 10th in Toronto, ON.
“Ever since we completed the new record last summer, we toured extensively overseas and got tons footage for the new single in the process. For this spring tour, we really wanted to focus on our home province of Ontario and visit cities that we haven’t been to in almost a year. The band’s upcoming album, ‘721835′ was recorded by fellow science-fiction aficionado Al Jacob (He is Legend, A Skylit Drive) in North Carolina and is a curious collection of songs that demand to be heard. Inspired by everything the band loves and considers nerdy, this release showcases a creative sound influenced by geeky comic books, trading cards, classic 8 bits games to today’s future 3D experiences.
Their 2011 debut album, ‘One Big Quicksand’ was recorded and produced by up-and-comer Jayson DeZuzio (Coheed and Cambria, My Chemical Romance) and was released via Blue Sapphire/Universal Music Canada.
