0 Canadian Thrashers TRISKELYON Unveil New Video “Of Dust and Divination” ft. Liv Jagrell (LIV SIN) From 4th Studio Album “Maelstrom of Chaos” Out Nov 2025

NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – November 11, 2025

Canadian Thrashers TRISKELYON Unveil New Video “Of Dust and Divination” ft. Liv Jagrell (LIV SIN)

4th Studio Album “Maelstrom of Chaos” Out Nov 28th, 2025

TRISKELYON, the fiercely prolific melodic thrash metal project masterminded by Canadian guitarist and songwriter Geoff Waye (of Artach and Category VI), has announced the upcoming release of their fourth full-length album, “Maelstrom of Chaos”, due out on November 28, 2025, via Moribund Records.

Known for blending the savage speed of 80s thrash with complex, modern melodicism, the project today celebrates the release of the new lyric video for the track “Of Dust and Divination,” which features guest vocals by the commanding Liv Jagrell (LIV SIN).

Geoff Waye (Guitars/Songwriter) on the new single:

“For me, the album’s opening track, ‘Of Dust and Divination,’ provides a perfect representation of what this new album is all about. It’s got a little bit of everything I love in metal: thrash intensity, some black metal savagery in the blast beats, a taste of speed and power metal, and even unexpected progressive twists. This diversity, both musically and vocally, with raw death/black growls and clean singing, makes a great statement. Lyrically, the track explores themes of decay and damnation, evoking images of civilizations crumbling due to refusing to evolve their thinking.

Having the incredible Liv Jagrell (Liv Sin) join me on vocals was an absolute honor. Her power and presence added a brilliant layer to the track, and it was a seamless collaboration. I only requested she include both clean and extreme vocals, and she delivered perfectly, proving she is a true professional.”

Formed in 2021 by guitarist Geoff Waye of the acclaimed True Metal band Category VI, Triskelyon came roaring out of the gate with their self-titled EP and landed a deal with Moribund Records for their chart-crushing debut, “Downfall” (2022). They followed with the bone-splitting “Artificial Insanity” (2023), dominating radio for six weeks, followed by the apocalyptic “Shattered Elysium” (2024). Each release bigger, faster, heavier… and now comes the ultimate Thrash onslaught “Maelstrom of Chaos”.

For “Maelstrom of Chaos,” mastermind Geoff Waye once again summons an all-star cast of metal warriors from the Canadian scene and from the global scene. Enlisting the vocal talents of guests Liv Jagrell (Liv Sin), Amanda Jackman (Category VI), James Delbridge (Lycanthro), Carolina Padrón (Tribus, Bloodrain), Dale Drew (Sea Dogs), and Pete Healey (Marshall Law, Ex Oberon), this album reigns as a true Thrash Metal masterpiece. On drums, the thunder is split between Raul Marques (Burning Torment) and Nicole Trinchero (Chaos Rising, Acroma), while bass devastation comes courtesy of Dwayne Pike (Afterforever), Rick White (Within the Realm, Exorcist), and Darrin Pope.

In true Triskelyon fashion, expect more than Thrash – this is a molten fusion of Thrash, Speed, Power, Death-Thrash, and Traditional Metal. Wild and impressive, explosive riffs, razor-sharp solos, and skull-crushing rhythms resurrect the glory of the ‘80s while forging it into something bigger, louder, and deadlier for today.

In keeping with Triskelyon‘s tradition of closing their albums with an iconic cover, this release delivers the heaviest Metal rendition of Peter Schilling’s mega-hit “Major Tom” that the world will ever hear!

“Maelstrom of Chaos” is not just an album – it’s a Thrash Metal supernova. Brace yourself.

““Hellbound Hellions” follows and is just a great tune. That scream in the beginning and I knew immediately that Pete Healey was back for another album with Waye. The last of the opening trio and it is a slayer. Killer thrash riffs and Healey’s soaring vocals and a really sick solo makes this one of my favorites on the album.4.5/5” – Metal Rules

“It’s refreshing, for once, to discover a thrash band that aren’t geared towards utter devastation but, rather, crafting a record that an audience can simply put on and vibe to. NEWS RELEASE

Montreal, QC – December 6, 2024

TRISKELYON’s New Video “Endgame Euphoria” Critiques Today’s News Junkies And The Media That Feed Them!

Third Album “Shattered Elysium” Out Now! via Moribund Records

Canadian thrashers Triskelyon have a new music video “Endgame Euphoria” in support of their third album, “Shattered Elysium” unveiled this past September via Moribund Records to follow”Artificial Insanity,” (2023) and “Downfall” (2022).

The album features a thrilling list of guest musicians that includes the vocal talents of Amanda Kiernan (Into Eternity, The Order of Chaos), Eric Forrest (E-Force, ex-VoiVod), Tiina Teal (Détente), Amanda Jackman (Category VI), Armin Kamal (Infrared), Dale Drew (Sea Dogs), Fíochmhar (Artach), and Des Mason & Pete Healey. Traditional yet intricate thrash drum duties are also exceptionally executed by Raul Marques (Burning Torment), while Dwayne Pike, Keith Jackman (Category VI), Rick White, and Darrin Pope were conscripted on bass.

To exhibit the first glimpse of the music video for “Endgame Euphoria”, Triskelyon has teamed up with Metal Addicts for its premiere HERE.

Band founder Geoff Waye adds:

“‘Endgame Euphoria’ is the final music video from SHATTERED ELYSIUM. It’s fitting that the video is premiering on a site with “addicts” in its name, as this song highlights a different kind of addict—the news junkie. The track critiques both the media’s fixation on “bad” news and the audience’s morbid fascination with watching disasters unfold, often with a mix of glee and dread. Whether the tragedies are natural or man-made, they dominate the headlines and can distort perceptions. A line from the song encapsulates this sentiment: “Braindead salivating Fixate on tragedy Cheerlead downfall Revel in the anarchy.” While staying informed is important, so too is knowing when to step away and enjoy life.”

Triskelyon’s new album “Shattered Elysium” runs the gamut from pure 80’s thrash and speed Metal to classic power Metal, and traditional metal, and even includes some brutal death-thrashers. It attains an impressive new milestone in classic thrash metal, with far-reaching appeal across all heavy metal sub-genres. “Shattered Elysium” truly resurrects the glory days of the 1980s, while maintaining a fresh and modern sound!

In keeping with Triskelyon‘s tradition of closing their albums with an iconic cover, this release delivers a thunderous metal rendition of Duran Duran’s mega-hit “Hungry Like the Wolf.” This powerful transformation is destined to become a radio sensation and ignite a storm of social media buzz!

“Shattered Elysium” was released on September 27, 2024, from Moribund Records at the following links:

““Hellbound Hellions” follows and is just a great tune. That scream in the beginning and I knew immediately that Pete Healey was back for another album with Waye. The last of the opening trio and it is a slayer. Killer thrash riffs and Healey’s soaring vocals and a really sick solo makes this one of my favorites on the album.4.5/5” – Metal Rules

“It’s refreshing, for once, to discover a thrash band that aren’t geared towards utter devastation but, rather, crafting a record that an audience can simply put on and vibe to. With more than forty-five minutes to work with, the band still stuck to their guns and applied songwriting that saw every minute feel earned and needed for what their performance entailed.” – The Razor’s Edge

“Waye has shown he can write in any metal style and the guys he got together to perform are world class. The production is pretty big too so, if you like Megadeth, Agent Steel, Exodus, Overkill, etc. then there will be something on here that you like. Me? I liked it all! Hopefully, Canadian metal will be taken a bit more seriously with this release.” – My Global Mind

“classical Thrash Metal tracks and many 80s vibes.” – Metal-Temple

“Heavy, pounding, in-your-face, power metal-laced thrash” – Metal Crypt

“A who’s who of musicians in the Canadian Thrash scene! Riffs and soloing are nothing short of fantastic!” – MetalNoise

“Powerful at the right point but also epic, with sharp and anthemic vocal parts” MetalHead.it

“Power-Thrash equipped with murderous riffs on a technically first-class level with changeable exciting vocal variability.” – FFM-Rock

“Minimal filler and maximum melody!” – Heavy Music HQ
