Assaulting witnesses in both languages of French and English since their conception in 2003, Gatineau, QC death metal band INSURRECTION unleashed their first crowd funded and third full length album ‘Prototype’ produced by Topon Das (Fuck The Facts) this past October via Canadian label Galy Records. Touring in support of the release across Eastern Canada, live video was recently posted online of the band performing their track ‘Checkmate’ during the Trois Rivieres Metal Fest where the band shared the night with Hatebreed, Obituary, Shadows Fall, Battlecross and Hear My Words.
