Cranked. Heavy. Melodic. These are just some of the words that have been used to describe Toronto’s BREACHED.

Locked and reloaded, the band has finalized their third EP ‘Left Behind’, which will be released on October 22nd with their title track and single hitting radio across Canada plus being available on iTunes.

In celebration of the release, the rockers will be holding a launch show for ‘Left Behind’ during Indie Week Canada in Toronto at The Rivoli on October 19th with local support from Joy Arson and guests.

The title track can be heard at the following links.

“We’re incredibly stoked to release the first single and title track from our third official EP, ‘Left Behind’. The EP encapsulates the energy and direction we’ve been working towards perfectly. It’s a song that describes the struggles and frustration of moving forward from what you thought you needed.” comments vocalist Bobby Noakes.

The EP was recorded in between Canadian and US dates during the spring and summer months of this year while the band toured to promote their second EP ‘Revolution Sessions’, an acoustic version of their debut EP with a bonus stripped down cover of Alice In Chains ‘No Excuses’, which was also joined by a series of in-studio music videos.

Creating an alluring blend of melodious, metal-tinged rock ‘n roll, it didn’t take long for Breached to start winning over fans with their live shows and five-song self-titled EP. The band’s tight harmonies and nail-hitting screams combined with overdriven guitars, intricate tempos and powerful lyrics provide a unique blend that audiences can’t seem to get enough of.

OUT TODAY! UNBEING (Steroid Induced Prog Metal) Release Vinyl of Self-Titled Debut Album On BLK COQ Music

L-R – Jean-Philippe Bédard – Drums | Martin Labelle – Keyboard | Sherif El-Maghraby – Guitar | Alexandre D’Amour – Bass | Anthony Grieco – Guitar

Out today! Montreal, QC’s steroid induced progressive metal band UNBEING unleash the re-release of their debut self-titled album via BLK COQ Music/Believe Digital as a limited edition vinyl and digitally on all major online retailers.

iTunes link – https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/unbeing/id718220912

Vinyl – www.UnbeingMusic.com

Originally released in 2011, the album spanning 40 minutes of instrumental offerings that screams: There is no turning back, there is no mercy, there is only Unbeing, is ready to be received again as a testimony to the group’s composing capabilities. Co-produced and remixed by Martin Albert andremastered by Ryan Morey (Arcade Fire, Priestess, Half Moon Run).

Rising out of Montreal’s bubbling metal underground, it can be said that Unbeing have been through it all. Starting out as a three-piece, members came and went, two demos were released to an overwhelmingly positive response, the band won Metal Académie 2 – a two-month-long competition where the band impressed both the audience and esteemed metal judges such as Kataklysm to take home top honors – then decided to shake things up again. Taking the judges’ advice to heart, Unbeing opted to no longer continue sacrificing their creative liberties, removing vocals all-together to finally discovered its true nature in the form of a five-piece ProgEpic InstruMetal band.

But alas, seven years after the birthing cries of Unbeing tore holes in the fabric of space and time, individually and as a whole, they have overcome hardships, laughed in the face of danger and stomped on the charred corpse of impossibility. In 2011, the band released its debut full-length album before solidifying its name in the metal community as a five-piece outfit.

Vancouver, BC based metal band TRIBUNE comments on their upcoming performance at this year’s 2nd annual homeless benefit show Blankfest-Vancouver in support of the city’s Covenant House, the non-profit shelter that helps the cities street youth from age 16-24 who have fled physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse, along with those who have been forced from their homes or those who have aged out of foster care. Last year, the full-to-capacity event raised over $1,000 and over 200 clothing items for the city’s less fortunate.

Tribune guitarist Shawn Culley comments:

“Tribune is super pumped to be playing a show that will help out the local community. We’re always down for fundraising shows and we want all our metal head friends to come out and hook up the Covenant House with some clothing, blankets or even a cash donation. Tribune is offering deals for donations, so make one and we’ll give you a sweet deal on our merch!”

This year’s event will see seven local Vancouver bands with support from bands from Kelowna and Calgary ranging in various genres of rock n’ roll, hard rock and metal, performing from 7:30pm to 2am at The Railway Club to share their tunes, raise awareness, funds and clothing for the city’s homeless.

As the event slogan goes, ‘It’s About The Homeless, Nothing More, Nothing Less.’.

Blankfest Calgary is just one of many events across North America inspired by founder Kenn Rowell, who has been organizing Blankfest in New York City since 1997 and has encouraged others to hold Blankfests in various parts of the USA, Canada (Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary) and Europe to help the homeless with the support from their music communities.

Over the past nine years, Vancouver, BC’s TRIBUNE has been progressively combining its myriad of influences into a genre-shattering whole and etching away at a sound all its own. Now, the band’s efforts have culminated in their third full-length record, Tales set for release October 29th via their indie label Corpse Corrosion Music, which is available for pre-order at the following link.

Album Pre-Order: http://tribune.bandcamp.com/

The nine-track concept album has been inspired by the writings of some of the world’s most renowned authors, including H.P. Lovecraft, H.G. Wells, Homer among many others, but the result is strictly TRIBUNE.

Exploring a more melodic and progressive sound than ever before, but still staying true to the group’s extreme aggression roots, Tales, the follow-up to 2011’s Elder Lore/The Dark Arts, demonstrates TRIBUNE’s brawn and brains with a collusion of extremity and accessibility.

As the band’s appetite for more extreme metal increased, bands like Carcass, Death and At The Gates began bleeding into their melting pot of influences, resulting in a fresh take on their fine metal sound, which can be heard echoing in the depths of TRIBUNE’s Tales.

Tribune is now streaming the first single from the album ‘From Funeral To Funeral’ at the following links:

About:

All Else Fails is making a mark around the world for their aggressively dark brand of metal that is breaking the traditional ideals of their genre. Drawing comparisons to bands like As I Lay Dying, the band infuses their music with a variety of elements that includes experimental, classical, synth lines, and spoken word sampling to accent a unique blend of heavy as hell screams and shiver inducing clean vocals.

A high energy live show that sets them apart from their peers has garnered them appearances on numerous high level festivals over the years, including Van’s Warped tour, Boonstock and opening spots for artists like Protest the Hero, Cancer Bats, Dayglo Abortions, 3 Inches of Blood, Fear Factory, Threat Signal, Decapitated, Suffocation, and Arise & Ruin.

The band’s last release received world wide praise from industry publications around the world. With the release of the band’s most recent music video “This Burden of Life” in the fall of 2012, and its addition to rotation on Canada’s Much Music, All Else Fails’ fan base expanded dramatically.

‘Fucktropolis’ can be purchased on Bandcamp, iTunes, Amazon and most online retailers.

A darker and more mature effort, Psychonaut brings forth Fatality’s trademark energy and commitment to drunken mayhem. Tracks like ‘Thoughts Collide’ and ‘Before The Collapse’ delve deep into the sodden minds of their creators, bubbling with the strange alchemy of pop culture. Psychonaut is an exploration of the inner landscape of the mind, where addled thoughts and horror-polluted dreams are held up to musical scrutiny. Monstrous, ambitious, and sardonically funny as ever, Fatality are taking their unique sound and boundless energy to the next level.

About: Toronto, Canada’s high-energy, modern thrash monsters Fatality have been cranking out wise-cracking, beer-drenched nightmares together since 2003. Known for their wild, riotous live performances and their peerless work ethic, they have been independently booking and promoting their own shows, creating great merch, touring North America, and making some great tunes along the way. Few bands embody the DIY spirit as fully as Fatality consistently do, and no other bands have as much fun working their asses off.

Fatality’s debut effort, Beers From The Grave, was an irreverent, horror-themed album that eschewed seriousness in favour of hard living and good times. Decibel Magazine quipped that, on Beers From The Grave, “solos fly with reckless abandon, the bass is audible and practically so are the beers being cracked open. These guys must have awesome parties.” Hellbound.ca stated that Fatality are “a bundle of crass, explosive, obnoxiously positive energy spewing beer and shrapnel.” Part homage to classic zombie apocalypse horror and part retro-thrash ruckus, Beers From The Grave was an exciting, riotously messy debut.

After supporting Beers From The Grave with East coast Canadian tours, and being invited to share the stage with the likes of Exodus, Municipal Waste, Holy Grail and Razor, the thrash rockers went back to the studio and emerged with still more new material. Three rough-and-tumble, irresistibly catchy singles — “T.F.E.S.”, “Uppercut” and “Hammerfist” — were bundled together as a free EP. While most bands would have simply released a free record and called it a day, Fatality supported their singles with North American tours, winning hearts, destroying livers and splitting eardrums along the way. After those adventures, Fatality went into a period of hiatus. They emerged from this creative cocoon and re-instated their original drummer, Mason LeVon (brother to guitarist and vocalist Spencer LeVon, who replaced longtime friend and skinsman Andrew Suarez), and new musical vision. In early 2012, the band began writing a brand-new full-length, ‘Psychonaut’, unquestionably their most ambitious project to date.

FATALITY is:

Eytan Gordon – Lead Guitar

Spencer LeVon – Lead Vocals/Guitar

Adam Zlotnik – Bass Guitar

Mason LeVon – Drums
