“Legends Never Die gets by on its attitude alone. It’s a short one at just six songs and seventeen minutes, but that’s all The Castor Troys really need to get their point across; very punk rock. “We Are One” is all you can ask for in a punk rock song. With ripping guitars, fast rhythm, catchy group vocal chorus, aggressive lyrics, you can’t ask for anything more. It is very reminiscent of The Offspring or Pennywise, and the alt-punk flavour of the mid nineties. “Watch The City Burn” is more of a classic rocker, maybe with a little southern vibe to it. It had me thinking of Ram Jam’s “Black Betty,” at least at the start. It showcases lead vocalist Aaron Walsh’s storytelling capabilities as he spins a yarn about Hamilton and his seeming irreverence for it.”
