these guys are just bloody good at what they do!..Wow, what an amazing mixture of nostalgia and self-willingness and at such a high level for a young band. Fans of the 80’s, you go and buy that thing!

0 CanadianBeats – Keychain – Breaking Out (EP) (Zombie Shark Records)
Keychain are in fact looking to revive the nu metal genre once popular in the 1990’s which brought out acts of the likes of Limp Bizkit and Korn, and Keychain may be among Canada’s only original bands of the style…I would highly recommend checking out Keychain and their recorded debut, Breaking Out for some innovative and fun modern metal music!

0 Some Kind of Media – Keychain – Breaking Out (EP) – Zombie Shark Records
Ringing in what seems to be a “New Uprising Of Old-school Nu-Metal”, Canuck boxer short flashers KEYCHAIN seem to be doing everything necessary to grab our attention. Songs are chock full of heavy drop-D bass lines and aggressive Rap verses that Metalheads will chum up to easily since they’re pleasantly decorated with Chester Bennington-ish vocal attacks that make tasteful room for a couple Static-X reminiscent screams.
