Blacktooth Entertainment presents a night to end all nights with the one, the onlyThe Matadors on Saturday, June 16 at Hard Luck Bar(772 Dundas West). Joining the Kings of Horrobilly for this epic show will be The Hellbound Hepcats, Evil Elvis, Butch Haller & His Chesterfield Ramblers and more unrivalled acts yet to be announced.
As creators of the horrorbilly genre, The Matadors have been wreaking havoc across Canada since the mid-90s, delivering a live show they describe is “like being in a funhouse that has been set on fire” and who could possibly complain about that?
“Since this is our last year on earth we urge everyone to bring a helmet to the shows of 2012 due to the fact that each venue will be left in a bloody mess once we blow your fucking minds,” says frontman The Great Hooch. And considering June 16 will also be the birthday celebration of The Turbo A.C.’s Jer von Duck, things are sure to get real messy, real quick.
Delivering a music-filled night that will put all others to shame for the rest of eternity, or at least till the end of this year when the world will finally implode, this is one show you don’t want to be crazy enough to miss.
