In the news from H.M.M.A.C.

The H.M.M.A.C. Executive, Board Members and its members are deeply saddened by the loss Steve Kirman (Owner and Founder, Steve`s Music). Steve was a great colleague and pioneer in the Canadian Music Industry. We extend our deepest sympathies to the Kirman Family, Friends and Colleagues. Thank you Steve for your great contributions to our industry. You will be sadly missed and never forgotten! R.I.P.

Heavy MTL 2012 has announced a series of Battle of The Bands leading up to the festival on August 11-12. Local up and coming Montreal metal bands will be battling it out for 1 of 2 performing slots at the fest and will have special guest judges for the showcases.
